I always like your videos. You're a whizz at everything. I'm not a big proponent of RTV but when I'm trying to mate vertical surfaces I'll put a small squirt of RTV on each corner just enough to hold that gasket to one of the mating surfaces. Then I can make the final alignment when installing the bolts.
I worked in an automotive machine shop and would answer the phone every once in a while, they would ask to speak to the owner I would tell them he went out to the woods to shit and the hogs ate him. They didn't like that. Warren it's good to see your still around, looks like your very busy. It is so nice to see someone that knows how to use a torque wrench, most of the guys on TH-cam junk it like there, you know what.
Nice come back on the scam call, I love it, I used to ask them for their company name and address, when they ask why I would want that I would say that I have to account for every hour of production through out the day, that our rate was $150 p/h and a min bill of $75 for 1/2 hr and under I needed to send an invoice for billing to account for production time, not to mention your call took me off a paying job that’s on a deadline, I always, without failure got a “CLICK” on the other end. 😏😉😂 I enjoy your videos, appreciate your walk thrus on the reassembly and the time and effort you put into the videos.

the engine sounds super nice. 100psi sounds like alot. hopefully the bearing arent too tight but you'd know sliding them in if they were I guess. It sounds brand new

Hello Warren. The injectors on our D4D are the same but for the inserts that hold them in. There's a tool with splines on for tietening the injector in.

Bill Ford got the second i got the third. He quoted me $2500.00 i said ill call bill ford and see if ford can extend. Their coverage. A few months later they called back. I am so glad you called. I mailed your company a check but i never received any paperwork. What was stange in your guy had me make the check out to Cash. After i mailed it i looked up the address its a house in florida. I am still making this up on the fly. You will have to put a stop payment. I tried but it was already cashed at a liquor store i know this is the same company as i have caller ID. Click they hung up. Then they called back with their caller id blocked. I daid whats this. Some kind of bunco scam. Blocking your phone number i know the chief of police. I am going to ask him. I never got another car warranty call.

Why do you not stick gaskets like that on water system with just normal grease solves a lot of alingment issues
Grease won't seal the gasket with water moving through gotta use a silicon gasket
