You'll need to let your airtanks fill up until you hear the governor cutoff, then release your trailer brakes (red button), then let your tanks fill up to governor cutoff, then set your trailer brakes, and then the pins will retract. (like they're supposed to)
What could be wrong is the pins take too long to go in. We took a trailer to a shop and they replaced the valve but it is still slow and they say its normal. The other 3 trailer are quick. They take like 1 second for the pins to go in. The bad one takes like 15 to 20 seconds.
