    To Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Jeep Division:
    Based on the reactions of myself and many others, this concept vehicle along the J-12 and the Mighty FC need to be put into production ASAP. You have 3 winners in my opinion and also according to the aforementioned many others. Granted, these might not sell in the very large numbers as the Cherokee has over the years but they could inspire the same sort of loyalty and enthusiasm (Remember when the Cherokee was replaced by the Liberty?). Jeep will definitely add more new converts to and keep so many of the initiated in its core of enthusiasts. These vehicles will cause so many double-takes everywhere they happen to go, whether in the city, the burbs or on the trails. You might also draw former owners back into the fold. Who knows? How about taking a stab at winning over those who have fond memories of camping and fishing trips in Dad's and Grandpa's old Cherokee Chief or J-Series truck?

    as a dodge nitro owner I see a lot of the nitro in this one which is good the nitro has issues only with the plastic luggage rack and the plastic mirrors the rest is a great 4x4. the chopped roof line, flares over the wheels,the narrow cab area. this is another cool 4x4 you just need to build them at a price we can afford no more 20 or 30 thousand dollar 4x4's

    All Jeep has to do is ask the customer if they want a Wrangler or a Chief or a Nukizter. Keep it simple, no need for too much bling. and produce better seats. I never bought a wrangler because I hate the seats and too much bling. India makes an old school Jeep like vehicle and I find that more appealing then the newer renditions of the Jeep Wrangler.

    @LarryC213 9 ปีที่แล้ว

    I basically like it, but I don't see what the appeal is to the lowered-roof. And I don't understand why they put rosewood slats in the roof. I think that Jeep needs to begin giving Americans the option of a diesel engine in vehicles other that the Grand Cherokee. I think a diesel powered Wrangler would sell unbelievably well. And by that, I mean both the 2-door and the 4-door Wranglers.

      ***** it is stupid advertising...I would buy a new jeep if it looked like that. All the current (except the wrangler) don't even look like they should have a Jeep badge on them. They just look like any other dolled up SUV. Even if they are able to perform offroad, they look like they should only be in a walmart parking lot or a at the kid's baseball practice. Every line on them screams "please don't take me offroad...I might get scratched".

  • @doncarlo5

    to me it looks more like the old Bronco ... the front is way too narrow, it isn't just right ... beside that they'll never put it into production and if , it will be based on some FIAT chassis with 1.6 L turbocharged in line four and crappy independent ( non dependable ) suspensions ... good luck with that !

    who is in charge of designing the current jeeps? cause they need to be fired and the people behind that concept jeep need to take their place. I am sick of the auto makers turning all their iconic models into "luxury" models that were designed in wind tunnels by people who have no idea what the words "proportion" "lines" or "masculine" mean.

    • @usernameuser5573
      @usernameuser5573 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah, because it's not like practicality, economy or safety matter to 99% of the car-buying public. It's not like people might actually want to use their cars rather than just use them to make their dicks feel big. "Masculine lines". What a joke.

    • @999benhonda
      @999benhonda 9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Many older models were more practical than modern ones. the more luxury they add, the less practical they are for offroad or even taking family for trips. Economy is important to most, but if im gonna pay $30k+ on a car I don't want economy at the expense of looks. There are actually ways to have a "boxy" shape that doesn't create huge amounts of drag (see first gen scion xb) But soo many modern models are clearly designed as much by wind tunnels as by actual artists. And if practicality mattered to 99% of people, then the 2d wrangler would have died out a long time ago. It neither has the abilities of a car or a truck or a 4d jeep.

    • @usernameuser5573
      @usernameuser5573 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      RCPro Driver The Wrangler is designed for people disillusioned enough to think they need that much of an offroad vehice. Very few actually do.
      The Wrangler gets 17 city 21 highway MPG whereas the far more practical, heavier Grand Cherokee gets 22 city 30 highway.
      Hardly "superior economy"

    • @999benhonda
      @999benhonda 9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      its not just jeep that has gone the route of changing their image from "rugged" "sturdy" "reliable" to Luxury. Ive owned a 1987 Toyota 4wd pickup. It was simple and couldn't be broken. It did everything I needed a truck to do and it could go off road. But today, the smallest 2wd pickups available weigh MORE than that 4wd truck did. In fact, many 4door sedans weigh more. Yeh, some of that is safety stuff...but their is a lot of luxury crap that isn't needed. The problem isn't that they are going that route, it is that in doing so most companies no longer offer a model to suit those of use that see cars as machines to be used...and not transportation that needs to feel as comfortable as sitting on your sofa watching TV eating pizza. There was a time when European car companies couldn't understand why americans wanted cup holders....because there used to be a time when driving was a activity of its own. We really wouldn't need 100's of "safety" features if people just drove their cars. But people use them as mobile offices, entertainment centers ect. And all of this "advancement" in technology merely serves to make cars expensive...which isn't helping most americans at all.
