Not only him but the other new additions like anderson, winters, melton, and the others i failed to mention. They are happy to accept their roles. Having playing times do not matter to them. And nobody will frown on them when they missee their shots. I love this team right now.
I love the way you highlight all the little useful things Kuminga was doing. All we hear is that Kuminga is a pouty meathead who just wants to dunk and get paid but this completely belies that view. He’s a team guy
Absolutely man. It's a team game and in this system with 12 players, it's not gonna be about stats. They don't need Steph to put up 30 a game to win anymore, this is a deep roster. So you gotta fill in the blanks and play that role to help out, whether or not it turns up on the stat sheet
@@warriorsbreakdown Cheers for replying. Maybe it's because I'm abroad. I'll test later with a VPN. Thanks for the great videos, sorry to ask a random/not about your channel question like that lol, but I saw an excerpt of a Dubs Talk live (at least I think so 😅) in the video, so thought I'd ask. 🙈
I recently watched Dallas, keeping my eyes on Klay on offense. I noticed that he almost 100% hangs out in the most distant periphery, essentially taking himself out of the play, looking more like a spectator than a player. He rarely brings the ball upcourt, never dribbles and penetrates, never moves without the ball, never cuts. He just stands still on the periphery. Klay's teammates rarely look to pass to him. Eventually whoever is guarding him gets bored, and opts to double team someone else, essentially forcing Dallas to face a 5 against 4. Once in a while, Klay is so open that he does get a pass, and makes an uncontested outside shot. His teammates are the ones producing the shot, he is just a passive recipient of the work that they do. Would you be able to analyze Klay in his recent games, to see if my interpretation is correct? Please correct me if I am wrong, as I learn so much from your analyses.
Appreciate the support first! I honestly haven't watched more than a couple quarters of Dallas basketball, so hard for me to agree/disagree with your statement. But from my general perspective of the roster/offensive system, its a heavy pick and roll (obviously with Luka/Kyrie) offense, so it makes sense people aren't moving offball as much or cutting. It's more predictable, but you have Luka as the system haha. I'd imagine at this point of his career, Klay is perfectly fine not doing too much with the ball/dribbling, and just waiting for opportune times to catch and shoot. That fits Dallas's style anyways, and he's getting old enough where he wants to save his legs. Just my two cents without watching much Dallas ball
Also but Utah defense and awareness was horrible. Teams of better quality are not bad like this this was horrible. That’s why the Warriors took full advantage. Utah needs to trade Lauri and get picks and stop holding on to a player at this point is only stopping they rebuild. Don’t have the worst record in the league this year and not take full advantage of it. They need to get picks and expiring contracts.
True. Well they just resigned Lauri and they don't exactly have too many promising young talent. I'm not a Utah fan but it does seem like they'll be deep in the lottery again this year

Facts. I honestly think they dont need to trade anyone
Dude, why didn't we get this guy before???
Because we had Buddy Hield at home
🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 @@pippipippip
Haven't had cap space since before KD.
Yeah ahaha we had a guy named Klay Thompson. Plus Buddy doesn't really play defense...but so far so good haha
We had ego klay

Hahah let's not get ahead of ourselves, but yeah good start
well done sir👏
Appreciate it yeee
That last play was crazy everyone seen who had the ball and just back pedaled just knowing it was green
Facts I mean dude was shooting a practice three. Great closeout by Clarkson! lol
1:48 good off hand activity on the layup
I love Buddy and Steph, its going to be what Poole//Klay were supposed to be
Interesting comparison
Buddy is klay Thompson but he can actually create his own shot who the f*ck ever though this wouldn’t work
This dude literally averaged 20 points a game like 5 years ago haha he should be in his prime rn. But he's a way faster version of Klay so far
Yoooo can't we watch Dubs Talk Live on TH-cam anymore!!?? 😢😭🥺🥺
I have
@@loner007 for real? Is there any restrictions I'm missing? 😫 So you can see the Dub Talk lives of postgame trailblazers and postgame Utah?

How did i not know of Buddy before this month??
Damn bro you a casual hahahah
Man imagine all the 💍 if Buddy just went to the Warriors earlier
Well we had Klay Thompson lol Buddy woulda been redundant
buddy hield is more accurate shooter now.I noticed that his shooting fundamentals have changed, his ball release is quicker and high arc than before.
Idk Hield enough, but his release is definitely super quick and lower too. Looks crazy clean
I'm an OG Warrior fan. Since Latrell Spreewell....I like Buddy Hield OVER Klay Thompson. Always smiling.
OG Run TMC Warriors fan here. Peak Klay > 2024 Hield, but 2024 Hield > 2023 Klay by far.
@@HypocritesExposd Yeahhhh this is the most accurate statement haha
Current version of Buddy is considerably better than current version of Klay.
@@danielli9167 Two game sample size so far haha....but would love for it to be facts
@@warriorsbreakdown It was said in the last 5 years, Buddy made most 3s, Curry was second. No mention where was Klay on the list.
The only controversial question about Buddy is will he have more 3's than Steph at the end of the season?
Hahhaha not sure how controversial it is, I'm sure Steph is happy to average low 20s PPG and get those wins if Buddy is making 5 threes per game
Winters can shoot threes too.
Yeah but until he cracks the rotation, I probs wont do a breakdown on him
Buddy can move, unlike Klay. KT will well in D because he’ll just catch and shoot.
Buddy definitely moves faster than Klay rn haha
