HE'S BACK! -- The fellow we also know as BCtruck - rebuild, repair or repurpose
Love the special tools he has stashed along with his collection of every fastener known to mankind!
I'm glad you've improved to the point, you can make a few jokes while getting a $$$ saving task done.
Computers are supposed to be fast. Guess someone didn't tell the washer programmers. While it doesn't have as many bells, whistles and tunes, my Maytag is just as slow as yours.
Hope you and Charly have a blessed day. Godspeed on your health journey.

I’m really amazed at how often I’ve had to replace a part on this machine, and at how poorly it washes clothes. It’s supposed to be green and we have to wash clothes twice sometimes.

That’s exactly what I’ve got to replace in my washing machine. Apparently they don’t make those parts to last, this will be the second time I have to replace it myself. I’ve got my part, but mine is a high efficiency front loader and stacked on to of my washing machine is my dryer. I have to get help getting the dryer off so I can access the top of my washer to take it off. I don’t have a panel in the back that comes off, wish I did...maybe I can make one, jk. I’ve thought about it though. Have a blessed day and be safe y’all!

Bev has a machine that I have to fix all the time. I’m going to cut an access door to get the the part that constantly needs replacing because to get to it, I have to take the machine apart and it’s one of the most difficult machines to get apart. Lots of cuss words are required for that machine.

I remember you having a lot of problems with the washer that y’all had in your last house I think. He did a video on it. I tell you I’ve gotten so high tech we went out and bought when we lived in the mobile home to brand new LG direct drive washer and dryer. I paid more for them than I did for my first car. Those were the ones with the transmission would blow up. I sold them both because of so many problems we had in the fact it made the clothes stink I hunted and hunted and found an old brand he might’ve heard of Roper and I bought a basic washer and dryer Roper brand

Good video! My problem: Hardly any water entering washer tub, just a slow drip. I had turned off the main house water-valve before going on vacation. When turning the water valve back on, water was running into the pipes. So, I have a slow leak and now with air in the pipes. When trying to run the washer, air and water would sputter into the washer, possibly loosen crud from the hoses and clogging the inlet valves. A new valve assembly fixed my problem. I should have disconnected the hoses and run water into a bucket before running the washer.
