Plenty of contracted services within the public sectors are not performing. One example is Care Solutions Ltd who apparently provide a specialised supervised contact service which informs the MOJ and OT in regards the Family Court. They are contracted to MSD and for the past 7 years have not been accredited but still operated under these contracts. Upon discovery of the the MOJ ignored advice, Care Solutions refused to acknowledge any faults including compromised conduct from staff, management and director. They are then taken through an Ombudsman investigation and collectively/collaboratively the matter is set aside and not dealt with. Shame on MOJ, OT, MSD and all persons involved in these ongoing manipulations. Govt ministries, agencies and contractors you are all done 👎
