I don’t believe the horse ‘took revenge’ - she kept on & on putting her hand under his mouth, usually when that happens there’s a carrot or treat, watch the lips very gently bubbling around the hand then possibly thought a finger was a treat. There are signs, these are working animals & highly trained guards not something out there for people’s amusement. By all means visit, stand so you can have your photo but you don’t have to be right up against the horse. There’s no respect, no thought of how difficult it must be to stand there for hours being harassed & subjected to noise all the time.

She was rubbing his nose, then looked back at the camera, meanwhile the hand goes up his face and THREE fingers go into his eye. (I could not see how long her finger nails were, but they obviously hurt him). As he lifts his head she turns round and her hands slide down to his lips. Then he grabbed the perpetrator's fingers as pay back.. Hope it hurt her as much as she hurt him.
I get the heebi jeebies when long nails are stroking a horse's face. Many times I have seen hands glide over the eyes, particularly when the person looks away for a second or two. 🫣
I do hope you video makers told the guard. That horse needs to have his eye checked by the vet for scratches or any other damage.
Time they put an end to all the horse touching. It's a danger to the horse and they cost mega bucks to procure, train, feed and look after 😡🐴❤

Had to freeze till he let go (about 5 minutes) . Could have easily taken off my kneecap. I forgot there was a board missing from his stall door that he could reach through. My fault entirely.

The horse didnt calm down till guard had realized he had made the situation worst and hence only then stopped and started patting the horse instead. The guard shouldn't have spurred the horse so much in the first place and it would have then behaved far quicker or patted it when it first started acting up.

Secondly ,if you are that experienced, you will see that the soldier let the horse blow off steam under control of rein not spur.
Lastly the experience of horse control over the hundreds of years of the household cavalry far far outweighs any knowledge of horse control you think you may have.
These soldiers and their horses are extremely highly trained. Trained to work in the presence of the close proximity of members of the public and at NO point did he put the public at risk nor cause any discomfort to his animal.

This lady poked her hand into a horses mouth where it’s not unreasonable for the horse to expect some form of treat. When no treat was forthcoming it bit down to see if it needed to apply a little more pressure. The horse quickly realised it wasn’t food and let go. Without seeming nasty-the ladies hand had a layer of fake tan, probably a lot of moisturiser and any number of other chemical beauty products. I’d probably get a bit freaked out at the taste of them too!
