Wish I had the mini 2 and not the se version. I didn't know there was a difference until I brought it
a big difference.. 4 k video and jus ta good few other things to make the mini 2 a better drone. .dji conned the people with the mini 2 se.
@@philldownes8685 "Conned people" is a stretch. 4k is really only worth it if you're 1) making video content and 2) have something 4k-capable to play it on. Neither of those apply to me.
If you just want a cheap drone to get into it and learn with or just to fly around and have fun with, 2.7k is MORE than enough. I got one for $250, and that's a steal to get one just to see if I like it before spending $800+ on a more capable one
Ya only big change you can notice is camera quality but most of the people do not understand the difference 2.7k vs 4k, that's why se is good in it's price range
Amazing drone have had mine for 2 weeks and take it everywhere with me. I fly it every chance I get. Highly recommended for the price.

It’s better than it should be, it was my 1st drone, the camera isn’t great compared to higher end drones, but it’s a good starter drone…

Great drone it would also be good to note that third party fly apps will not work with this drone as they have not released the SDK and don't plan on doing so. Third party fly apps add in tracking and other features to the mini see and will not work with the mini 2 see.

They are both very similar. The Mini 2 SE for the up to date software support.

31 minutes is the buggest myth ever with the dji mini 2 and mini 2 se. it wont even last 31 minutes just hovering ina room with no wind.. if you can get 25 minutes its a miracle. most get around 18 to 22 minutes when using the drone. if you do a lot of zooming in and out expect 15 minutes.
