I think the 3 letters of serial number for the fan (JJC) makes me wanna say it’s dated February of 1999 “JJ = 99, C=February” but I don’t know what number of the month “C” translates to.
@@Newussd227 Hampton Bay Huntington II Ceiling Fans I saw was manufactured by several different companies, some of them was manufactured by Powermax Electric Co., Ltd. (Guangdong Xinhui), Zhongshan Xintiean, Aloha, King Of Fans, Air Cool, CEI, and I believe Chen Luen Industries.
@@MrCeilingFanMan1999 Chein Luen and PowerMax both seem to be owned by King of Fans, however PowerMax tend to have ventless motor and Chain Luen tend to have vented motor.

My Hampton Bay southwind says jgf on it. What does that mean?
