OMG OMG OMG! I literally CRUSH the darn thing. I have been working out with Sydney since 2018 and the transformation of my body is incredible. My boyfriend tells me all the time "babe you have the body of a 20-30 year old" and guess what I'm 61 years young soon to be 62. I haven't posted something in quite sometime but today I felt compelled to because this is one of my all time favorite workouts! Let's go Sydney squad - Do the darn thing! My sister recommended you. I have been a personal trainer for 12 years, easy to motivate others, but sometimes hard to motivate myself. I used to teach group fitness classes. I MISS that! 1.5 years ago I had a hysterectomy and found it VERY hard to get back into working out. Taking Sydney's classes everyday gives me the sense of going to a class with a big group of friends, even tho its just me in my garage. She gives me motivation to push through EVERYDAY! Plus I know my sister is doing this along with me at her home 200 miles away! Thanks Sydney for bringing it everyday so I can too. 51 and getting stronger!

I absolutely loved this workout!!! Since I've been doing your videos I feel so energized and so good!! I have hypothyroid and its amazing how I feel just by doing your workouts! I love the dance at the end! I was in hip hop class in high school,so doing excercises like this reminds me of dances I used to do! This was so fun!!!!!!! Let's keep dancing and working out!!!! 😉😉😉😍🤗

I’m revisiting Shred in lieu of August Fan Favorites. I never usually comment but I loved this workout so much I felt the need. This is probably my favorite No Equipment Cardio so far. No abs or floor work in between to break my elevated HR was wonderful. Don’t get me wrong, I love abs and floor work in general but it was a really nice change to stand the whole time and keep my HR up with similar but creative moves. Thanks, Syd!
Agility is one of my all time FAVORITES! So proud of everyone who kept pushing through even when the sweat in your eyeballs made it hard to see! Functional at its finest. April 20th RIP! I'm dead. That was hard yet incredible! I have a hunch that Month 1 of Summertime Fine 3.0 is going to look a lot like today. I pushed hard and took a couple extra seconds when I needed to. I feel like a strong athlete. Sydney is building us up to get stronger and to constantly push us in new ways. I am! Today is my rest day so I will be doing this one tomorrow. I remember this from last year and this year will be a bit different as I am about 23 weeks pregnant. But way to go for crushing it! You go woman
@@vanessarico369 Hi Vanessa! It's good to take a rest day, for sure (especially, I would think, when you're pregnant!) I take 1 or 2 days a week to rest, but usually do some stretching or walking, or just some mobility exercises. All the best to you in your pregnancy, and have a great workout tomorrow!
@@veronicahancock3245 It is fun to go back and do some of the older workouts, they are awesome! I remember the programs we did these past couple of years, so fun and effective. I have to modify some of the workouts, or do a different one sometimes, too. My issue is my lower back, but I am usually able to modify, and still get a good workout. I hope your wrists feel better soon! 🤗
Omgosh that was so much FUN!!!!! My favorite were the Middle quick feet call out to slide lift or right. What I love about Sydney is that she makes working out so much fun and real. So excited that I broke some mental barriers today by actually trying some of the jumping. I was able to do most of the workouts without modification, although the scissor feet was too much lateral jump for my knees. But it was AWESOME to realize that I could do some jumps, after years of not even trying.
Cannot believe all these workouts are absolutely free!😳😳 I'm scared of cardio but I'm so glad I showed up...CRUSHED IT! Thank you so much Sydney ❤️❤️❤️
Wow.! This workout was so difficult, yet so worth it. For anyone wondering how many calories this burns, I burned approximately 800 calories. Obviously this number will differ from person to person depending on whether you are a beginner or not and depending on your weight too. I have been working out regularly for 5 months now and my heart rate was up at 131!

I was literally just thinking “she hasn’t done high knees in a while.” She saved them all for this workout! 🥵 And I’m sure my downstairs neighbor hates me lol This was intense!!!! Started off hearing my brain rattling in my head and my stomach sloshing around but walked away feeling much more agile and strong in my body! 💪🏼 if you’re reading this, keep going!!!
One of the best workouts yet. I really needed that cardio EPOC push. I think that’s what’s been missing in my workouts. Taking this on the road too when I go on girls weekend. I just can't do the cardio days with all the jumping- my knees and my arches just ache 12 minutes in! going to do the sports cardio from Saturday instead. Edit: I stayed and crushed it. I needed that speech at the end- agility is just something I need to work on!!

This was intense!!!! Started off hearing my brain rattling in my head and my stomach sloshing around but walked away feeling much more agile and strong in my body! 💪🏼 if you’re reading this, keep going!!!
One of the best workouts yet. I really needed that cardio EPOC push. I think that’s what’s been missing in my workouts. Taking this on the road too when I go on girls weekend. Thanks Sydney for making it fun and I do t have to think. HR up to 170 real quick. And then back. Gonna feel good all day now

Sometimes agility makes me furious, but I got through it and that was my GOAL! Feeling powerful now.
I just can't do the cardio days with all the jumping- my knees and my arches just ache 12 minutes in! going to do the sports cardio from Saturday instead.
Edit: I stayed and crushed it. I needed that speech at the end- agility is just something I need to work on!!

This whole program is just pure awesome! Every morning I look forward to my evening workout time once the kids are in bed and I very rarely am too tired to work out (when it’s leg day I tend to make that excuse....). Thanks, Sydney, for keeping me active, motivated, strong and sweaty!

Loved this workout. Love all the cardio in this shred program. I am a runner turned to Sydney workouts this past year as I got older. Love the workouts when we get our heart rates up. Takes me back to my days training for basketball, volleyball, and track. Thanks Sydney!
