Do you currently use an external monitor? Which one do you use?
Fire HD 10 usb c, 70$ I bought 2 of them cause it also will charge the camera. Also if you use a usb c to f20? the fake battery and a anker 20w 20,000 mah or anything that gives constant 20w to the camera it wont die ever. Even some of the plug in outlet ones wont keep a constant 100%. the usb c ones do for what ever reason and 20 wats
if you use an android tablet with an sd card you can double back up everything to that micro sd card. If you camera doesn't double save to 2 sd cards then this feature could save you from having a corrupt image file from the camera or tablet and that to me what the most important thing. DO NOT BUY A FIRE HD 7 2022 if you buy one for just a monitor it's fine, if you use it for focus graphs it's still to weak to not lag and make it lag. get either the 10 2022 or 10+ 2022. the extra ram doesn't help but mght if you have to many apps open. You can the app online if you don't use google play on your fire 10, online at there site you can sideload the app and buy a lifetime key, sometimes the play store will break on updates for the 10 so I did both and only use one of them offline and updates disabled
This is such an underrated feature! We use a Ninja Atomos V but when travelling - this is such a handy trick, especially given that there is usually 2 of us on set. Great video again Mario! :)

Yeah all of the tracking functions seem to work. And no I think this only works wirelessly.
What is overlay mode for?

in the video at 1:19 it mentioned supporting the A7SIII, yet you then say it doesn't..what do you recommend for the A7SIII?
It supports the Sony a7siii but not the a7iii. As of today it seems that they added wired support for the a7iii
Is this helpful if I'm doing a headshot session in my studio so my clients can see their photos as I shoot?
It is somewhat. If it's for photos a better approach would be to use Sony's imaging Edge or Creator's app or shoot with a cable attached to a computer for live preview
i have the pro version that i currently connect wirelessly to my A74..but im getting unreliable connections, drops & delays...any tips? Thank u
You have to first go to pc remote and turn it off, then go into wifi settings and change it to 5G. After that turn PC remote back on and it should work perfectly with minimal delay. Hope that helps.

Hello. Unfortunately, I have a problem with my camera a 6100. I bought the declared USB C host to USB micro cable and connected my Xiaomi redmi Note Pro 8 phone. Unfortunately, in the settings I cannot turn on the USB connection function because it is not highlighted

you may need to first turn off the Ctrl /w Smartphone option in order to turn on the PC Remote option.

I got excited when I found out you can use this via wired connection too for my a6400. The problem though is that I use a gimbal and that's connected via usb to the camera so there isn't any connection available for the app. Bummer

@@MarioSoMedia actually after further thought I realized there's no need to connect gimbal to camera. The camera can be controlled from the app.
Anybody else having connection issues? I want to buy the pro version but every 10 - 12 seconds it loses connection. totally annoying. Sony A7IV and iPhone 11 max pro here. Driving me crazy!!
That sucks. Sometimes I have to close the app and restart and that usually fixes the problem.
Use c to c cable for best performance

a7iii works using usb, but not every feature is working for example framerate
