I would love more vids about this rig. Why the SCX2 trans over the tekno? Tire and wheel spec and mounting info. This could be a great U4RC build idea.
Exo, the notification for your video woke me up this morning (6am). I'm extremely thankful for it because my 2 year old turned my alarm off lastnight and I would have been late to work if it weren't for your video. Thanks man!

😂😂😂 I’m a crawler guy too, but I ventured out and am currently building an mt410. The crazy part is that this was my first thought last night as I bolted up the last shock and mounted my 3.8’s. Obviously a crawler won’t be happening with it but I thought only my phone reads my mind ... guess not👍🏻
Adam Kaser I have a buddy with the 3.8’s on his mt410 and I have them on my et48.3. Motor and esc heat are an issue. I have a video of my Tekno on the 3.8’s. Check out the other videos and you’ll see it. Monster Tekno with a white body.
Thanks for the “ heads up “👍🏻. I’m using the gen1 proline badlands on desperado wheels. They were prolines lightest option. I did notice how heavy looking the other tires they offered on the f11’s looked. Using the MMX and TP 2100 kv in the 4050 can.
Very nice custom work well done! Softer springs will probably help with the traction. With the wideness of this platform did you ever think of a short 1/8 scale truck body to make it an 8 scaler?
as it sits now, it has the softest springs for it, no swaybars, UDR sand tires on Vitavon billet aluminum beadlocks, 3BRC Kratos motor and it was a lot of fun to drive around! I have to do some editing and add in a part or two to finish it up.
I think a summit is the best all-around truck when it comes to it doing nothing the best but everything good. It is not scaled and you can't comp with one but one heck of a trail truck with the lt conversion.
Red Line for me the summit is too big and bulky in addition to power consumption. For me I’d go with a traxxas trx4 sport with a better servo, Hobbywing 1080 esc, a nice reliable Holmes Crawlmaster 10t 550 motor and a pocket of 2S or 3S batteries. Run time would be forever, easier to manage and overall a very strong truck.
sorry about that, they are Vitavon beadlock wheels for the UDR, there should be links in the description, if they don't work let me know and I'll get you new links.
Interesting project. I'm a Tekno guy so when I saw your last video and to go back I see what I have been missing 😎👍
With the independent suspension on this crawler, you should find a HMMWV body for it.
This looks super familiar to some new Videos of yours... You've been ahead of the game for a while now this is awesome...
Innovation at it's finest! Amazing bouncer👍👍 I'm thinking U4RC🤔 Great work👍
I’m planning on some U4 style racing soon so yeah it should run well in that.
That's awesome brother
Great build! Can't wait to see the next part!
Nice build I'm loving it 👍
Interesting build, looks great so far!
That's a fun conversion! 👍👍
What a great idea buddy.
It wheelie's n crawls, cant ask for much more LOL
One package deal👍👍
KILLER!! Looking forward to.. NC❤ back yard RC.AND MORE. 🏞
That is great!! Nice work.

Did you see the driving videos? Look up EC410 on the channel. I have two driving vids, one with UDR sand tires and the other with UDR Hyrax.
I have a SC10 4x4 belt driven and all. Now I want to try this.
Wow. Very surprising
Love it! Cant wait for part 2!

Nathan T. Yeah I hit 12k a few minutes ago. I think my content and tech is good but my entertainment value is low.
Just need more shares around Facebook I think. I get views but the vast majority aren’t subscribers.

Adam Kaser nice. Yeah I have a Tekin rx8 and Tekin 2000kv Truggy motor in mine geared with a 15t. It’s a backflip beast but heat is a bit much.
I am trying somewhat the same thing with a slash 4x4 and an hpi 2 speed trans. Making a bit of a dual sport basher/crawler
pauls1816 yeah that’s kinda what I’m after with this. Something that can do a little bit of everything.
You should name those climbs! they are kinda iconic by now.
skirmich you’re right. I do need to name them. Any suggestions?

@@ExocagedRC Exelend. Thanks for sharing the info.
Brilliant...sawback body ....
you shold try tamiya diff putty...doesnt lock but better than oil.
I kinda like the center diff working like it is, gives it a dig feature in either direction.
Nice build. How do you feel about a 1/10 scale Traxxas Summit as a ideal trail vehicle.

Are you using the stock Tekno driveshafts??
How did you get those wheels to bolt on to the Tekno? I tried and the axle diameter is smaller and they hit the suspension?
I had to custom machine some 17mm wheel hexes to fit these. Stock SCT is 12mm. There is barely enough room to get the nut on there.
Any updates on Part2?
6:03 try the ear plug trick.
I kinda like the dig in either direction thing
Put a Proline Slash Bronco body on it pls!!
Chronic RC I got a different body for it. Emaxx.
Can’t wait to see it! Keep up the excellent videos 👌🏻
I can not understand where you got the wheels from, you are talking so fast.
sorry about that, they are Vitavon beadlock wheels for the UDR, there should be links in the description, if they don't work let me know and I'll get you new links.
Crawler dude, looks beautiful but no like a crawler
Put some silicone ear plugs in the difs
