Thank you Arielle! Your gift of providing these videos is deeply helpful fir me as I walk the C-PTSD journey toward healing. So much gratitude in heart.
For anyone struggling with the second practice of pushing against the air, what I understood is that it's almost like what you do when you want to pop your ears (just not as forcefully). In case I'm wrong, please correct me!
I appreciate you so much and I am so grateful for all of the practices you make available here. I also have your very helpful book. I thank you for being my guide on this journey of healing trauma in my life.
That was amazing! Thank you!! I’m just getting started with somatic exercises and I really like your videos. Yeah I’m in bad shape 😢sometimes when I’m stressed I take a quick deep breath and I get the sharpest almost debilitating pain between my neck and shoulder on my left side. Vagus nerve? It usually subsides after 2-3 breathes. Anyway I’m finding your videos ver helpful ❤
Funny timing, I literally just replied to this same question on Facebook. Here are my thoughts: Tinnitus tends to worsen with anxiety, anything that we can do to create a felt sense of safety can help. Also, check inflammation patterns around the jaw, occipital region, and ears. Explore gargling, humming, lion’s breath, occipital massage.
@@dr.arielleschwartz913 Thank you for your response. I know with gastritis flare ups my tinnitus worsen. Your proactive suggestions are very helpful. :)
Invaluable simple techniques to calm oneself quickly and feel better! Last night before bed, these put me into a very happy state.
