Another fantastic video. Great tips. Love to see you out there some time. We were out there yesterday.
Excellent video and great job explaining everything! Definitely some crowded water youre fishing, stay safe! 🤙🦀🌴
I never have any luck fishing the bay anymore. I remember years ago we used to always catch a ton.. seems like the past 5 summers haven't been to good to us while on vacation there
Ding dong Squadron.... love it !!
Saw you out there today and gave you a wave, I was in a 19ft Carolina skiff. Had no luck but I’m gonna try again in the morning
Thanks for a very nice video. Someday I hope to be healthy enough to maybe go on a charter boat for flounder.
I caught an 8 foot wingspan cow nose ray, talk about a fight and on the peir.
8'? I've seen some maybe 3'. 7' is the record according to Google.
"Ding Dong Brigade"...exactly!
If you are in shallow enough water, try a bass crankbait that digs along the bottom.
Great Video and a lot of good information. What kind of container is that you are keeping all your Gulp in?
Hi I never ate a flounder fish tht I knw of
I’m A soCal LOCAL Halibut hunter myself
OK now U caught so many, pls do a video on the best way to enjoy Flounder - cooking recipe/video
I'm thinking of renting a skiff memorial weekend. In your opinion where is a good place to catch flounder
I'm not sure if you said this in the video or not but do you jig that rig or do you just let it drag?
Deadly Double and live bait rig you just drag and drift. Occasionally lift your sinker off the bottom.
can you e-mail me a map of the fishing spots in the back bay. I know some of them, but not all. Thanks
Don’t cut your main line 😮 lol
Nice fish but too crowded for this Carolina boy...
@@FishinOC you are right..with NC's Closed season on flounder I will be vacationing in Florida and using your rigs...thanks...
Got the weight swinging around on the pole in the rod holder lol what a dork
Scott,
Fished the OC for the first time last Thursday, after watching your video describing all of the areas to fish. Launched out of the public ramp at the end of the commercial harbor after hitting Atlantic Tackle and picking up some deadly doubles. My 7 year old son caught his first ever flounder on the chartreuse deadly double right off Martha’s Landing. Your video helped me make the decision to fish there on vacation, felt like I had been there before based on your video. Well worth the truck ride from my home base in Ocean View, De.👍👍
Thanks,
Mark
That is awesome!!
