Save the rubber bands that you get on some produce. Didn't have the painter's tape but this method extracted the lightbulb base without issue. Thanks for this tip!

The only thing that really sucks about what you said here was $3.50 an hour to park why I don’t imagine that you get that many visitors it doesn’t look like you’re so crowded to me and if you are a resident, does it still cost you 350 an hour to park? That is so ridiculous it’s too much money.
