I take you on a condo Tour at CCR City Center Residence in Pattaya, Thailand.
I’m staying there right now June 2024. It is a good place. I’m a little disappointed as I’ve stayed in other condos prior to this. That being said, I’m in the second tier room with a living space, kitchen area, and separate bedroom. My biggest issue is the WiFi hasn’t been very good, but since I studied computer science I created a work around to get decent internet.
The facilities themselves are good with the on site gym and pool area being “non-swimmer” friendly as there are plenty of shallow areas to just chill out in with in pool seating as well.
Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone but there are some better options around if you take your time and look.
BTW, make sure you get in touch with your host before showing up. You need to get your room key and door fob from a mailbox in your building to access the property. My host didn’t mention this in our numerous communications, and I had to ask around to figure out what was going on. That is a major thing to know going in.

WOW, I think they put you in the room I was just checking out of that day I ran into you. Wild coincidence! Do be careful with that fridge because it decided to defrost overnight when I was staying there and left a big puddle of water on the floor. Also, the drains on the floor by the toilet have the tendency to kick back sewage odor sometimes.

What camera are you using to film content?
Im using a Samsung a51 phone with 4k settings with an app called open camera so i can use a mic in the usb charging port.
