I have structure and order, I am methodical and organized, but I still struggle with discipline, days like today, I felt really anxious, sad and lost and I could only ask myself why do I feel so bad when I don't follow my routine well? ... the answer couldn't be more obvious, thanks nick, this video has brought some light on a difficult day

Waking up at 4am is my life hack. I also follow Nick's advice:
First things I do are stretch, pray, meditate, and find a place if peace. I carry that peace with me all day, returning to it as needed. Blessings to you, Nick, and all your subscribers.

Let it be known to all:
Through the Holy Spirit, God has put it on me to preach to those lost in the devil's deceit!
I tell ye, truly, Jesus of Nazareth is the propitiation for the whole world's sins. He is the anointed one, for he is, Jesus Christ. God the Father has raised him from the dead; who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God! Angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him.
Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life: no one comes to the Father, but by him. They who believe and are baptized with the Holy Spirit shall be saved; but they who believe not shall be damned. For they who believe not on him, shall die in their sins!
I tell ye now to repent of your sins, accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, and you'll receive the gift of the Holy Spirit upon asking the Father!
There are *NO* sub-divisions of Christianity. You're either a disciple of Christ or not. A Christian is someone who follows God's word, not a religion. Who obey the Father and follow his will; not man's nor their own heart's. Unless you keep Jesus' commandments, think not the Holy Spirit will dwell within you!
They who heed this message and did what was stated with an open heart to God...
Read the Holy Bible (KJV) daily and every time before you read, pray to the Father and ask:
"Lord I ask that you give me understanding of your word, that I interpret it the way you want me to, and none of my own. I ask you in Jesus' name, amen."
      1 John 2:2 KJV
2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.
      Acts 13:26-33 KJV
26 Men and brethren, children of the stock of Abraham, *and whosoever among you feareth God, to you is the word of this salvation sent.*
27 *For they that dwell at Jerusalem, and their rulers, because they knew him not, nor yet the voices of the prophets which are read every sabbath day, they have fulfilled them in condemning him.*
28 And though they found no cause of death in him, yet desired they Pilate that he should be slain.
29 *And when they had fulfilled all that was written of him, they took him down from the tree, and laid him in a sepulchre.*
30 *But God raised him from the dead:*
31 And he was seen many days of them which came up with him from Galilee to Jerusalem, who are his witnesses unto the people.
32 *And we declare unto you glad tidings, how that the promise which was made unto the fathers,*
33 God hath fulfilled the same unto us their children, in that he hath raised up Jesus again; as it is also written in the second psalm, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee.
      1 Peter 3:22 KJV
22 Who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him.
      John 14:6 KJV
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
      Mark 16:16 KJV
16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
      John 8:24 KJV
24 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.
      Acts 2:38 KJV
38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
      Luke 11:13 KJV
13 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?
      John 14:21-24 KJV
21 *He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.*
22 Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world?
23 Jesus answered and said unto him, *If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.*
24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and *the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.*

When you are speaking of having a structure/schedule, it reminds me of that British nanny who had a TV show. She would go into a very chaotic home and realize that there was no structure within the family. She would basically get out poster board and write out a schedule/structure for them, and it worked!

I'm a teenager myself, and due to anxiety I can get stressed very easily. I have found that mediation helps a lot with calming me down, but there is no doubt that I have a lot of freedom and need to focus more on self decline, and routine. Starting today I want to change that, I want to enjoy life to the fullest, today I am planning on working on a routine, and actually following every step of it. I know it won't be easy at all since I'm not used to it, but I am determined to work through those struggles. Thank you for making this video, i desperately needed to hear those words ^^

Thank you for this very good explanation. I did not see myself as undisciplined, bexause i always work a lot. But then i experienced two things: 1. When i finally had found a different mindset, e.g. more positive, which helped myental state, I experienced that i quickly lost it again, returning to the usual pattern. 2. When i had made a plan for the day, e.g. now concentrate on your important work, then the opposite happened: just quickly answering these emails, just answering to this news article comment, just checking the newspaper.... and half of the day was gone. Not that there is not a lot of bad things happening on the news, not that there is no reason to worry in this chaotic and stressful time, but it really damages my life!
And then i regret it and work late hours, and go to bed late, and start next day late, and i found, when i am tired I am more susceptible for distraction, which makes all worse.....
So many thanks for reminding of what I already know....

The funny thing is my whole life is a routine that it is hard to break out of my structured norm and I feel I need to change the monotony of it all. I wish I can achieve the peace you speak of, but I feel like I need to escape my environment in order for it to happen. I think this is why we in America overwork ourselves to death and lack the self-care. I feel physically healthy but need to work on my mental health. I just started on my own healing journey and have been meditating religiously every day for a month now for an hour in the morning.
During one of my meditations only just 4 days ago, where I was doing some shadow work and trying to think about what my inner child needs, I realised that I was stressed out constantly because I was living in chaos. I never had any structure or stability in my life. No bed time set when I was a kid, no discipline, nothing because I was just left to fend for myself.
I realised that this had transferred over to my adult life where I would procrastinate like crazy and put things off and not do things to look after myself.
I realised I also seek stability from others around me. I was alone with no family and when I lost my only closest friend, I was thrown into complete chaos. When I lose people, I get so incredibly hurt to the point where every day living tasks become debilitating. When I confronted my inner child, I realised it so desperately needed structure and stability. I realised it needed it because, if I was seeking stability from external places instead of within me. I realised that I needed to create a foundation for myself that was so strong and so sturdy that if people left me, I would never need to be thrown into chaos ever again because I would have my routine and structure, something familiar to fall back on.
So I created a rigorous schedule that day and have been trying to stick to it.
It's been extremely difficult to stick to and I fall short most days and then the self-doubt kicks in. I just discovered this channel today and it is so refreshing to know that my meditations, self healing and my own reflective thoughts are headed in the right direction. Its crazy that I came up with the best solution for me on my own without seeking help from anyone or any external place. This video is like a sign of approval from the universe telling me that I am doing a good job and to keep on going.

I am trying to get back to the gym on a more regular basis and now that the weather is becoming a bit less 'dreich' (basically, 'yucky' in Gaelic) I am hoping to get out in the front yard and do some gardening. What I REALLY need to do that I haven't quite found the solution for, is to turn off the news and meditate instead. i have a perfect day routine (daily activities, pray, meditation, phisical exercises, healthy foods ect...). Anyway it became just a "comfort zone" and my heart feel sad and bored. i don't feel LOVE in my heart anymore. i feel like there is an EMPTY within me, it happened after a terrible love disappointment.i cannot replace that emply with anything. Hope Jesus can forgive me and save my soul. 🙏 anyway, thank you Nick for your words. God bless you. 🌸

Hi Nick, thank you very much for this. I am currently juggling class, relationships, personal goals and house responsibilities. After listening to this, I realized I need more structures and actually follow it through. I planned but I often not follow it because there is no hard rule but I see it now that it is actually important for my mental health and productivity.
Thank you for all your videos. Your words bring so much peace in my mind and heart. They guide me to lead a better, more peaceful and productive life. Thank you.
