Great Video with plenty of great content, definitely want to learn more about Simpsonville near Greenville and job opportunities in the night life industry.
Restaurants and Bars. Thanks.
Excellent. Thank you!
Would love for you to make a video that highlights parks, trails, restaurants and other places that are dog friendly. I am leaving a community because it is anti-dog on every level so your comment about Unity Park was noted! Being a dog person, a dog friendly community is at the top of my list! Thanks so much. Would also be interested in locations of pet stores (big box and novelty), veterinary clinics and hospitals when you feature a suburb. Thank you for always sharing really great details in your videos.
Ah yes. The best city in the Upstate!
My oh my do they grow 'em well down South!
Nice town. Thanks for sharing your interesting video.
of course. let me know how i can help you moving forward
Great content!
Thanks!
How about for retirees? What is there for retirees?
Is there a Publix in Simpsonville, SC? Thanks
Yes!
Simpsonville looks like a great choice. I did a search on a real estate site and pretty much zero houses available in my criteria. Biggest issue is the pervasiveness of the HOA.
Reach out to me and let’s talk about your criteria! We can always aim to get something off market or pre market
@@gvlrealestate I'm still scouting out areas. Trying to learn which areas won't work for my wants and budget. Not willing to compromise on HOA
HOA is a minor thing, if you think time is money, then prepare for a LOT of traffic in Simpsonville. Its calmer in Mauldin. Hope they fix this.
@@ricardogallardo572 The amount may be minor but it represents others having a level of power over my life. My parents had an HOA that came up with community projects that were quite expensive and frivolous... at an added cost to my parents and other community residents. And... I've never heard of HOA fees going down, only up. BTW... I own a lawn mower and a snow blower.
Traffic? I doubt it will impress me. Ever heard of the LIE (Long Island Expressway)? Local traffic here has got to be worse than anything SC can come up with.
Either town would be an improvement in quality of life for my wife and me.
@@barneyfyfe8313 I absolutely agree HOA could be a Major thing for someone, and the amount of power they have over people is disgusting. No music after 10 pm, cant build certain structures outside, cant have certain plants or fences its ridiculous. I found a home for 210k outside Simpsonvilles city limits with no HOA so I cant relate here, but in NJ my HOA was 225 monthly instead of annually which is why I call it Minor imo. LIE, BKE, Garden State Parkway, ive been to them all and although they are SUPER congested, they all have alternate routes, picture only ONE way to get into Simpsonville downtown with 10k cars on the road...its a nightmare here. Its not as bad as those mentioned, but its comparable right now as if going on the Verrazano bridge from SI, or driving up 440 in Staten Island to the Outer Bridge. We need more roads!
Hoping there are good rental apartments for single seniors who want to move there.
Great video. Love the info. Quick question: we are from Atlanta and have been to Greenville many times, but would love to know about Christian schools in any of these towns. Interested in Spartanburg, Simpsonville. Could you make a video about that? And also about some golf course subdivisions, and just some additional info about safety, which city is best for low crime and high education? Maybe some more recreational stuff, like volleyball leagues for kids? Thanks so much. Mary
Southside Christian School, St Francis and Christ Church are schools to investigate. Thornblade, Chanticleer, Greenville Country Club are communities to consider also. Email me at wcsawyerjr@kw.com. I'm happy to chat more :)
Are you going to do one of these for Fountain Inn? If I had to do SC all over again, I'd probably opt for Fountain Inn over Simpsonville.
Yes, it is on the list. So you're living in Simpsonville now?
@@gvlrealestate I used to live there. I'm in California now.
So which cities would have lots of suburban amenities and nice mountain views around Greenville? Thanks
Greer and Travelers Rest
What are some higher end communities, say over $500k that are safe?
Soooo many. Can you email me? wcsawyerjr@kw.com
Simpsonvilke Sucks. Stay away. Overblown hype.
Care to elaborate?
@@gvlrealestate over crowded, road are awful. Full of complaing yankees. No longer the small town it once was. Housing is over priced.
Absolutely agree! I lived there 2003-2005. It was nice and quite back then. Went back for a visit in 2020. It SUCKED! Overcrowded, extremely rude drivers, bad roads, and had lost every iota of it's southern charm.
@@skyhawk7935 been back since?
Complaining Yankee here; I waited for 10 light cycles just to get to Greenville Tech at West Georgia road...this traffic Sucks, y'all know the light...
