My friend did this for her baby shower but her mum organised it so that there wasn’t multiples. She just made a list as people bought them and we all just checked before buying. Ended up with no multiples!!☺️ Such a lovely idea!!
@@kirsty9141 My friend asked for our favorite books up to teen years so the kiddo could grow into the stories! That way her babe can keep discovering messages and stories from people who love him as he wanders through life.
My girl is 8 months now, love my prep machine. Shnuggle baby bath is amazing and fills so quickly. The best thing we’ve found for keeping the baby calm or distracted is a set of laser disco lights. I also loved my stretchy wrap and ergobaby embrace carrier for baby wearing when she was tiny. Coming into winter love my tuppence and crumble star wrap to keep her cosy.
With my kids, sleepers with feet at bedtime were the worst. I don’t remember what they’re called but they’re gowns that cover their feet but are elastic at the bottom. It made the diaper changes in the middle of the night sooooo much easier!
I remember moms recalling the negative experiences when I was pregnant as well. I used to smile and nod through all the stories and then say, “surely you have some positive stories or happy moments you’d like to share too?” It would shock them but I’d say it so sweetly that most would get emotional and start spilling their guts about all the great memories and experiences. I don’t know why women do that but now that my daughter is 13 and when I see new moms I always make it a point to only share if I’m asked specific questions. Much love from Oregon and congratulations ❤
Ewan the dream sheep - absolute MUST have for baby! 🐑 our little one would self settle and also slept through the night by 6 weeks and this was all down to Ewan!
How Priceless that Jack remembered your Harley Davidson Mommy and Mini dream from years ago and had the onesie made to match your vintage shirt!!! 🥹I’m not crying… you are!!!
I have 6 children (4 + 2 step children) the youngest being 9 weeks and im just so happy for you guys, you are going to be the most amazing mammy and daddy 🖤 just hold on to every second because it goes by so fast x
Just remember that when times are rough with your new baby, it does get better. I’m 9 weeks into being a mom and my son is not the easiest baby but when they smile around 6 weeks it truly makes it all worth it. And slowly but surely you will start to feel like you again, different and changed like a butterfly.
Must haves, Changing table, Moby wrap, doona car seat, (great for you travelling) , Muslin cloths. A tip I got was to build Moses basket and put it out around 36 , 37 weeks so wee dog can get used to the change about to happen (they know anyway) then slowly added more wee baby bits over the weeks. But best of all is to take your time as your new family before having all your visitors that first time with baby is so precious and you don’t get it back again. Congratulations xx
In my family we have a “meal train” sign up at the baby shower. You pick a day on a calendar for the first 3-4 weeks after the baby is born and that day you commit to bringing dinner to the new parents. Homemade or bought. It works really well!
The lil baby Harley Davidson baby grow is just the cutest thing ever 🥺 I’m so excited for both of you and this new journey. Motherhood will change you forever. And it’s the best thing ever 🤍
I bought Lou Lou & Company knotted gowns for both my girls. they're so soft and come in a bundle with the gown and swaddle blanket and either a hat or bow. my girls were both in premie clothes for nearly 2 months so the gowns fit them perfectly and they only had to have their legs out for changes so they stayed warm. The absolutely best thing I ever bought was gripe water. both had severe GERD and would throw up all their milk and it was the only thing that would settle their stomachs and let them sleep.
Two babies in and things that were game changer for us were three things ...... Doona Carswat stroller (saves faffing about with the pram and car seat, and if your not fussed about having a pram with a bassinet attachment just go for the Doona best thing ever) Prep machine Mam Bottles
The fact that you're so close to 1M subscribers has me SO happy for you! I've been with you since 100K. Love love love you so much and appreciate all you do.
Not a mum but a children’s nurse and a lot of parents swear by the Mam bottles! A good under the arm thermometer also, had a lot of worried parents who have used a forehead scanner thermometer for their little one and it’s given them an inaccurate temp, in ears can sometimes be a little bit too big when they’re babies as well! Can’t wait for this beautiful little girl to arrive 🥺
So happy and excited for yous 🤩🥰🎀 my little girl is a year old now 🎀 time goes so fast, make the most of every moment. I loved being pregnant, was the best year of my life! My birth was amazing! So blessed. ✨Tip- make a Spotify playlist of songs you like but may have not heard before for you labour. Songs will attach themselves to a memory like scents do 🥰 ✨Tips to eat a grenadine- cut it down the middle, hold one half (seeds facing down)over a wide bowl, (make sure your not wearing anything you can stain 😅) use a heavy dessert spoon and slap the butt of the grenadine and the little seeds just pop out ☺️ 😅 Sammy ❤️
One of the best baby products I bought was an electric nail file 🙌🏻 cuts out the stress of chasing their wee hands with the clippers and possibly cutting them 🫣💅
We have a 7 week old lil girl, Maeve. As a first time mum, definitely stock up on muslin cloths! we bought tonnes of bibs and so far haven't used one 😅, MAM bottles are so so good. we didn't need much new born stuff, with in 3 weeks she was in 0-3 month and we donated/gifted all our newborn stuff. So excited to watch this journey, I've been watching your videos since the flat, I feel like I'm watching a friend become a mum 🥰
Oooh Jamie, the spike matt is soooooo good (I'm not preggers) but have had a broken collar bone and a weird spine injury, it works!! It relaxes, gets blood flowing and will slowly and surely help fade pain, stress, knotted muscles 😊 (helps sleep, helps feel more mobile, helps headaches fade etc) Can absolutely recommend anyone!! (Yes it gets some getting used too, yes you can use it on your feet, legs, back, lower back, neck and even your hands if you'd like to) Also, Artipoppe is expensive but they have these amazing blanket-things (don't know the name) to carry your baby on your tummy 🥰🥰 baby will love it!
My little girl has just turned one and one of the best things we bought was the Shnuggle Squishy Changing Mat…. Game changer!!! If there is any sneaky pees when your changing bums etc it’s got a ridge and it catches it all 👌🏼👶🏼 worth every penny 🥰❤️
Get a rockit for your pram, it makes the pram have that rocking motion when you stop for lunch or doing something and will keep her settled. It was a game changer for us and recommend it to everyone who has a baby for the first time
I’ve had 10 kids (the youngest are 7mo twins) and what you really need are things that will be used every day: change table (we didn’t get one until baby 3, it saved my back!), rocking chair, nursing pillow (holding babies gets tiring), nursing cover if you plan to breastfeed. Car seat and stroller, just make sure the wheels are a decent size so you can navigate unpaved surfaces, make sure that you can lift it easily. Best wishes!
A bouncy (gravity/float) chair, so you can have a shower in the early days. Useful for other times too, but to be able to have a shower, I’m thankful for it! 25:48
Swaddle wraps were a god send for us. Our wee one loved being swaddled. We also got a lot of second hand stuff, my friend let us borrow her next to me. Which I’m so glad she did as my son was only in it for 4 1/2 month before he was too long for it.
So excited for you!! A must have for me was a baby wipe warmer! If you use baby wipes it’ll keep them warm versus wiping your wee baby with a cold wipe in the middle of the night😆
A dock-a-tot, amazing for napping! Put coloured fairy lights round a baby gym (my baby girl could lie in it for half an hour!), more than one changing mat/basket of changing stuff in different rooms 😂 a starlight projector for the ceiling at bedtime.. we love telling my little girl a bedtime story every night and it is amazing distracting/calming her when getting changed after the bath!
A hands free breast pump is helpful if you plan to breastfeed so you can walk about and pump and still deal with the baby, carriers are really helpful too, I used it more than the pram tbh so would defo bear that in mind!
"I want to be bronzed and a slip and slide" that needs to be on a t-shirt 😂😂😂!!! Totally agree the fruit and veg from the food stores are the worst. Good for only buying them from a local Green Grocer's 👌🏾. Awwww, you were gifted so many lovely items for baby girl. The set of Beatrix Potter books are so precious. Beautiful vlog Jamie, thank you so very much for sharing darling ❤️, take care and have a wonderful week 🤗💕.
My son was bought a Jellycat bunny and a white company bath towel with the ears when he was a baby. He's almost 13 and still snuggles the bunny and only just moved onto a football club towel. Gorgeous
You can definitely put the jellycat in the washer and dryer, I’ve done it plenty of times and they are as new. Also you need to check out the brand Konges sloejd ❤️ most amazing prints and softest onesies
Muslins and loads of them!! I have a 9 week old and go through about 5 a day! A soft wrap to start with as the artipoppe one can stretch their hips too far to start - freerider or Gaia baby are good for those. Sounds silly but the 360 rotating isofix base for car seat, it just makes getting in and out of the car a breeeeze!! If you’re planning on pumping at all then the elvie pumps have been a life saver! Lots of blankets, enough to wash and use. Also set up change caddies in most used rooms of the house for ease. There’s probably more but these stick out in my current tired new born mother brain haha. Good luck and congrats x
Love to dream swaddles, game changer! Swaddles them but allows them to move their hands to their face to comfort themselves like they like to. Both my boys had them and made a big difference to sleep. Also means they don’t need a blanket on top. They do gorgeous prints too 😍
Life changing baby items (from a mom of Irish twins) - portable sound machine - stroller that can eventually turn into a double stroller - car seat adapters for stroller - wrap sling - Warmies stuffed animal (they sell mini ones and they are weighted + smell like lavender)
Books. Been reading to my son since he was 6 months old almost every night it’s helped so much with his vocabulary and he sees it as his time to tell me anything that’s going on in his little world which is a great help.
Normal thermal flask of hot water and Nubby rapid cool flask for when you’re out and about. Life changing for when you need access to hot water and need bottle water cooling down 💖
I also highly recommend the perfect prep machine but one thing that honestly saved me terrible backaches was the shnuggle baby bath. It is a game changer! Has a little butt rest for baby to keep them in place and stop sliding. Best thing I ever bought x
The Owlet Smart Sock really set our minds at ease. Also, the Frida Baby boogie sucker - that thing is amazing when baby gets congested. Frida Baby makes awesome stuff in general.
Watching you go through your baby stuff absolutely warmed my heart and soul so much 💗🥺 mama JG. This is so so exciting!!!!!! A swing, was my life savor! My son wouldn’t sleep unless he was being held (which I loved lol but your arms get tired after a while!) his swing was the best because it comforted him to sleep and I could move it around the house wherever I was so I could still do things during the day!
Tommee Tippee Prep Machine was a live saver, makes a bottle in 2 minutes as opposed to waiting for a kettle to boil/cool etc. Nappy Caddy in nursery and living room etc. Baby Swing and Carrier x
2 books…Don’t Forget to Write…and Laura’s Star. They are both in a suitcase in my attic..my 23 yr old son remembers both …Much love Jamie and Jack…such a special time x❤️
Strengthening your pelvic muscles pre and post pregnancy is definitely good advice. Because every labour is different, you just don't know how it'll go, so good to get some prep in. Rest also, the sleep deprivation is a killer but thankfully, it IS just a phase. Try and avoid sugar too often, as you don't want gestational diabetes. And just enjoy it! It goes so fast, my eldest is 8 next month and I can't quite believe that! Xx
My little ones loved black and white books/blankets. They were the only ones that they would stare at the first few months. Because of their eyesight so young I think they loved the contrast 🖤🩶🖤
One thing I really recommend in the Tripp Trapp highchair! It can be used from birth and we loved having our little boy up at the table with us, was super handy to keep the dog away from him in the kitchen and I had my hands free to cook! X
Definitely the Baby Brezza formula machine. It's like a Tassimo machine for bottles. It boils the water, stores and mixes the formula powder, and dispenses the formula at the perfect temperature. It is life-saving in the middle of the night (does all the work for you)!!!!
Love a new year fresh start video 👌So excited for you both! The “boppi” pillow was perfect for my daughter and having a stroller that you could just pop the car seat into made everything so much easier when you’re out and about
I found the Rockit for my little girls pram a game changer! Still use it now when she wont sleep and she's 2. I'd highly recommend Bugaboo for a pram too 👌🏻
So excited for you! This video was so sweet! Don’t forget how important your postpartum care is and is called the 4th trimester. The foods, tea, herbs etc can help you heal and I’m sure jack would love to take care of you! Also….. padcicles!! You can buy the stuff to make them or buy them (but make sure you buy from a reputable all natural place) and in my culture we wrap our stomachs after birth for support. Make sure you take care of you!
I've had 2 babies oldest is 10months now.. some things i found helpful is having a nappy basket or a cart with all essentials in it to carry or wheel around the house so your not stuck running to the nursery everytime when your exhausted, we had 2 swings or something to put baby in while your in the kitchen or lounge so your not lagging it all around the house some of those things are heavy, snot sucker as they do get congested alot and 2 way zip onezies so your only undressing the bottom half when changing nappies especially for night time changing when you want to get it done quick and bun doesn't get cold lol hope it helps. Can't wait for little bub to arrive.. enjoy the journey as tough and absolutely magical it is 💜 wish you all the best
Must haves are muslins, snuggle baby bath pod, next to me co sleeper💗 we also asked for books instead of cards at our baby showers & now we have a library of books! You’re going to be amazing 👏🏼
-Tommee tippee prep machine - Doona car seat (turns into a buggy- THE BEST) -Nappy caddy - simple but everything is together -Ewen the sheep or some kind of white noise machine thats portable -If youre using dummys - dummy clips... GLOW IN THE DARK dummies for night time aswell
If you’re getting a tomme tippee twist and click nappy bin then you get refills of the bags. It’s saved us hundred of pounds in the past 6 months. You just cut the bags and then put it into the cartridge. If you go on Amazon and look for nappy bin refills it will come up x
Yeah perfect prep and mam bottles really were amazing. My 3rd had bad colic and a friend told me to change to mam bottles best decision ever, she was like a different baby so content. Ahhhh I'm so excited for you 💗
Buy as many batteries in all sizes that you can (or put them on your baby registry). I was shocked by how many batteries we needed for all the baby stuff. Also, when you lose the little hand mittens, socks work just as well (if not better), since the mittens (for us) didn't stay on very well.
A really good place for fruit and veg is stalks and stems in shawlands :). Soo lovely and fresh. Lovely flowers and other hidden gems. Highly recommend it :) xx
You’re the cutest so excited to see your little bean 🥺 half your pomegranate and hit the skin with the back of a spoon over a bowl to catch seeds and enjoy x
The egg2 pram was by far one of the best things we bought, turns on a 50 pence piece, we got the 9 piece travel system, worth every penny. Also the Perfect Prep machine is a game changer, baby never gets stressed coz they don’t have to wait for a bottle, also at 2am you will want to kiss the thing for being so quick!!
My daughter was allergic to cows milk and had awful reflux so for comfort she would snuggle in to her snug a bug. It’s a small business on Instagram and she makes baby blankets. Honestly they are so soft and snuggly. It’s about 3 years old now and stinks no matter how much I wash it but my daughter still takes it to bed and still snuggles it all the time. Worth every penny
Hi Jamie I would recommend getting a star blanket from tuppence and crumble . They are So warm and cosy for nap time in the winter , my little boy was born on sept and by the time it got to March he was still napping in it ! Also great for popping the little one in to got out with the dogs and great for using with a baby carrier !
The best reccomendation i got from my older brother on child number 4, and i did from day one was to feed my baby boy his formula cold! ( not fridge cold but i didnt warm his bottles) So it was a case of boil the kettle and fill all the bottles with the sterile water and let them cool down. This helped with being able to take him out and not worrying about him crying hungry while waiting for his bottle to warm up. Or if we ended up being out the house for long periods of time. I understand the prep machines are amazing and fast and effective but even 10 seconds of baby crying hungry while a bottle warms up would have sent my heart racing and anxiety levels through the roof. I guess it's what makes you comfortable and finding what works for you and your baby. I did also breast feed but never plucked up the courage to breastfeed outside the house which I'm disappointed in myself for not doing but the cold formula trick was a god send. I always had a little smirk when my mum friends were blown away by this 😁 So some babies feet can be too big for the feet part of thier sleepsuits, my baby has long feet and for that Some fabulous affordable Footless Zip baby sleepsuits on Amazon Bonds Owlivia And I just chuck some socks on him All the muslin cloths! You may end up using them for more than just spit up. And there is an awsome clothing website called little bipsy, they are so trendy and neutral for boys and girls. people always told me not to waste my money as he wouldn't wear all the outfits and he would just live in his pajamas ...... WRONG I have my own adorable living doll to dress up and make look super effing cool. And lastly , the things that melt my heart 1.post shower/ bathed baby 2. When he stares at his Dad without him noticing 🥹 3. Wheb he buries his face into me as he falls asleep 4. How excited he gets when he sees his aunties
Oh my god I found the joie serina 2-1 swing soooo useful . I’m telling everyone that having a baby together it it’s a life saver . Congratulations again ❤🎉
Shnuggle Bath was a game changer for us. Didn’t have it for my first but it made bathtime so much fun and so enjoyable with our second. I now buy it as a gift anytime someone tells me they’re pregnant
2 things I couldn’t live without when I had my babe we’re the baby bijorn bouncer and the snuggle me organic. Both were safe places to put baby (first 5/6 months) when you need to putter around the house and get stuff done, or simply just feed yourself. Game changers! So excited for you, baby girl is so lucky to have you as her mum, xoxo
Car seat advice we got from a friend who used to sell them - get an I-Size one. These can be used rear facing longer than 15 months which is safer for baby as they're better rear facing until at least 2.5years as it's better for any accidents etc. Safety first for us!
Life changing products - • Konny carrier (this is a super easy wrap-style carrier rather than a structured carrier - good to have both). I have two and used them for baby 2&3. Loved them for getting on with stuff and getting baby to sleep while out and about) •owlet but this depends on personality whether of not it eases your mind… •Cheeky Wipes - reusable wipe system. Just water and essential oils. Super easy, good for the environment and good for wee bums. No nappy rashes ever! •Yummikeys feeding necklace - wee Scottish company that sells stainless steel baby products. We have all their stuff but the feeding necklaces are great and you can get them engraved. I cried when mine arrived… • Bonds wondersuits and wonder vests. They are SO comfortable and amazing and grow with baby. Nothing else compares! • Bulaballo satin comforters. My babies couldn’t sleep without these • Tripp Trapp high chair WITH newborn seat. This is the difference between being able to sit at a table and eat together or not. Amazing • Make sure your car seat rotates • Baby Sense book - I’m a speech therapist/sensory integration therapist and cannot recommend highly enough
We got the Munchkin Baby Swing this time for my second daughter - it’s been so useful, it rocks them at different speeds and can play different white noise style sounds to calm them if you need your hands free for five minutes. Great for if you’re busy with the dogs or making dinner or wanting to pick up the house 🥰 all the best for the next few months, so excited to meet her!
You absolutely need a Ewan the sheep! My wee boy can sleep all night because of Ewan he absolutely loves it. My wee boy is 5 months now and I have also loved his cyber pram and car seat. The pram centre in Glasgow has them like a car showroom Also I got a blanket from tartanblanketco and it’s just the best. Keeps him cool in summer and warm in winter
Ask your friends to buy their fav book from a kid and get them to write a message to the baby in the front. It’s such a lovely keep Sake
Cut to Jamie opening 15 copies of the Hungry Catapillar 😆

Im a regular hood dude doing food reviews on my TH-cam channel lol
I had my baby at 35 and it was a breeze. I was blessed. I was terrified but the positive thoughts and lots of fruit helped me! Xoxo
Me too!!!🥰
That little lady is already the most blessed 💝

MAM bottles, Nuna pram travel set, MAM glow in the dark dummies for night time (a life saver), white noise machine, dockatot and lots of muslins! xx
I was a nanny for 10 years and the snoo changed my life. It’s so baller. You get alerts on your phone as well; it’s amazing.

The acupressure mat is so great!! Especially if you have a migraine/headache it’s instantly gone after I use it.
You NEED a vibrating bouncy seat! A life-saver! And Baby Mozart.💕
So excited for you!! A must have for me was a baby wipe warmer! If you use baby wipes it’ll keep them warm versus wiping your wee baby with a cold wipe in the middle of the night😆
Muslins! I had a son 13 years ago and 20 weeks pregnant now. I used them for everything. Milk, sick, snot, blankets! They’re so handy 🥰
Still use big giant muslin cloths for my 15 month old when we're out and about and he's eating 😂 tie it round him and he's good to go!
Yeah I’ve got Muslin swaddles too to use as blankets or other stuff. So useful!
Congratulations on your pregnancy 🥰
A dock-a-tot, amazing for napping! Put coloured fairy lights round a baby gym (my baby girl could lie in it for half an hour!), more than one changing mat/basket of changing stuff in different rooms 😂 a starlight projector for the ceiling at bedtime.. we love telling my little girl a bedtime story every night and it is amazing distracting/calming her when getting changed after the bath!
Also I have a photo album I stick a Polaroid in of her every couple of days and it’s so precious/an easy keepsake! 💕
A hands free breast pump is helpful if you plan to breastfeed so you can walk about and pump and still deal with the baby, carriers are really helpful too, I used it more than the pram tbh so would defo bear that in mind!
MAM bottles for the win! We didn’t have a perfect prep machine but I mostly breastfed, especially overnight.
My German Shepherd Sasha is 12! She has her meds she takes as most old folks do, but she's going strong! ♥️
Gorgeous
A peri bottle is a must for your bits after birth 🙌 and the ‘expert midwide sprits for your bits’ to help things recover x
Also the baby bjorn bouncer! My daughter loves hers and the only one that protects their little spine!
Love to dream swaddles, game changer! Swaddles them but allows them to move their hands to their face to comfort themselves like they like to. Both my boys had them and made a big difference to sleep. Also means they don’t need a blanket on top. They do gorgeous prints too 😍
Life changing baby items (from a mom of Irish twins)
- portable sound machine
- stroller that can eventually turn into a double stroller
- car seat adapters for stroller
- wrap sling
- Warmies stuffed animal (they sell mini ones and they are weighted + smell like lavender)
God send for nighttimes, a velcro swaddle! Keeps it easy trying to swaddle them back up after a change and night feed :)
Books. Been reading to my son since he was 6 months old almost every night it’s helped so much with his vocabulary and he sees it as his time to tell me anything that’s going on in his little world which is a great help.
mam bottles are life changing! baby bean bags, hauck sit n relax is amazing when you have dogs so they don't keep licking them
The baby bjorn bouncer is a must, absolute life saver, it’s so exciting baby shopping! Enjoy every moment ❤
Normal thermal flask of hot water and Nubby rapid cool flask for when you’re out and about. Life changing for when you need access to hot water and need bottle water cooling down 💖
Could you do a video on budget alternatives for your fave products? Everything you use in all your vids looks fab but I am balling on a budget 😂❤️
Weighted sleep sack!! You definitely need it! From dreamland baby sacks!
The “boppi” pillow was perfect for my daughter and having a stroller that you could just pop the car seat into made everything so much easier when you’re out and about
Boppy pillow! And a jogging stroller. Even if you aren’t jogging. Air up tires are a game changer.
-Tommee tippee prep machine
- Doona car seat (turns into a buggy- THE BEST)
-Nappy caddy - simple but everything is together
-Ewen the sheep or some kind of white noise machine thats portable
-If youre using dummys - dummy clips... GLOW IN THE DARK dummies for night time aswell
Wow so happy this video was posted today ! Baby stuff makes me cry it’s just so precious
Ahhhh I'm so excited for you 💗
You are truly a special and beautiful person. I love joining you all on this journey, as it will be. Thank you Jamie!!
You’re skincare recommendations are always top notch. I’ve found so many holy grails from you. Thank you so much! Happy Babymoon! ❤
Definitely a SleepyHead! Even if it’s not branded but it’s a life saver !
Sleep suits with mittens and feet all in one - Next is amazing for it
Buy as many batteries in all sizes that you can (or put them on your baby registry).
I definitely recommend the aquascales baby bath, monitors the water temperature as well as being able to weigh baby, I loved mine😊
Ohh excited for this one 🤍 Cold, sick day at home with my tea. This will be a cheery moment in my day atleast 🥰
They are
So warm and cosy for nap time in the winter , my little boy was born on sept and by the time it got to March he was still napping in it ! Also great for popping the little one in to got out with the dogs and great for using with a baby carrier !
I have a 7 month old son, and I can not live without our Nuna leaf grow chair!
Congratulations again I know the baby will be so happy and loved 🥰
The best reccomendation i got from my older brother on child number 4, and i did from day one was to feed my baby boy his formula cold!
( not fridge cold but i didnt warm his bottles)
So it was a case of boil the kettle and fill all the bottles with the sterile water and let them cool down.
I always had a little smirk when my mum friends were blown away by this 😁
So some babies feet can be too big for the feet part of thier sleepsuits, my baby has long feet and for that Some fabulous affordable Footless Zip baby sleepsuits on Amazon
Bonds
Owlivia
And I just chuck some socks on him
All the muslin cloths!
And lastly , the things that melt my heart
1.post shower/ bathed baby
2. When he stares at his Dad without him noticing 🥹
3. Wheb he buries his face into me as he falls asleep
4. How excited he gets when he sees his aunties
I have zero desire to have a baby any time soon but i am SOBBING watching this. you're gna be such a great and loving mam.
A boppy pillow is an essential for when pregnant and to use with a new born. You can get a washable cover for it in many different colors and designs.
Snuggle baby bath- only think I recommend!
Life changing products -
• Konny carrier (this is a super easy wrap-style carrier rather than a structured carrier - good to have both). I have two and used them for baby 2&3. Loved them for getting on with stuff and getting baby to sleep while out and about)
•owlet but this depends on personality whether of not it eases your mind…
•Cheeky Wipes - reusable wipe system. Just water and essential oils. Super easy, good for the environment and good for wee bums. No nappy rashes ever!
•Yummikeys feeding necklace - wee Scottish company that sells stainless steel baby products. We have all their stuff but the feeding necklaces are great and you can get them engraved. I cried when mine arrived…
• Bonds wondersuits and wonder vests. They are SO comfortable and amazing and grow with baby. Nothing else compares!
• Bulaballo satin comforters. My babies couldn’t sleep without these
• Tripp Trapp high chair WITH newborn seat. This is the difference between being able to sit at a table and eat together or not. Amazing
• Make sure your car seat rotates
• Baby Sense book - I’m a speech therapist/sensory integration therapist and cannot recommend highly enough
So nice to you Jamie and just wanted to say you are blooming ❤️
We got the Munchkin Baby Swing this time for my second daughter - it’s been so useful, it rocks them at different speeds and can play different white noise style sounds to calm them if you need your hands free for five minutes. Great for if you’re busy with the dogs or making dinner or wanting to pick up the house 🥰 all the best for the next few months, so excited to meet her!
You absolutely need a Ewan the sheep! My wee boy can sleep all night because of Ewan he absolutely loves it.
My wee boy is 5 months now and I have also loved his cyber pram and car seat. The pram centre in Glasgow has them like a car showroom
Also I got a blanket from tartanblanketco and it’s just the best. Keeps him cool in summer and warm in winter
