+Iosef Pindo It's a attitude indicator. Its function is indicate to the pilot the horizontal line of the earth while flying, is used in 1st person camera to fly. In this video it points to 1 way because the rocket is attached to a ball joint, so it has 360° of movement in all directions. It have a micro balloon with positive power upsides and another one with negative power downside so, that way, it always is aligned to the horizontal line of earth :)
It's a flying indicator ^^
