Just so you all know, some SuperSports have the catalytic discs in the header. Just after they group into one pipe, it's usually two discs. All u have to do is drill them out or hammer them out
I’ve had a 2011 750 for over a year and I just got the same m4 slip on and have been thinking about the cat delete. So there’s no tuning or flashing or any valve adjustments required after cutting the cat??
Good sir I had a question. I got a 2009 gsxr 750 and want to install an m4 street slayer from the 06-07 year. Im not sure if you have knowledge on this, but would I just have to cut the cat out and buy a mid pipe, which would allow me to fit the street slayer onto the bike? How would I go about this? Any information is very useful, so thank you in advance. Great video btw
The M4 street slayer is a slip on. You can install it with out the cat delete. If you decide you want to remove the cat than you have to get a mid link pipe
Hi ARD Rush, ive been enjoying your videos lately, quick question, I know its best to tune your bike after cat being removed, but is it mandatory? Does it damage my engine or any part of my bike if i dont tune/ECU flash? sorry im new to bikes, haha.
Flashing tuning your engine is very important after a cat delete. When you remove the cat the bike most likely gets lean . A Lean bike can hurt your engine and a rich bike can make your run sluggish. Your air to fuel ratio should be 12.5 to 13. If your air to fuel ratio exceeds 14 and higher on high rpm you can blow your motor.
Hey man, where did you get that mid-pipe from? I have a 2017 gsxr and bought the same M4 slip-on but want to cut the cat and make sure I have the correct sized mid-pipe. Could you link where you bought it from, please? Thank you for your time!
hey man i did what you did and cut where you did. i got the same ass exhaust pipe for my 750 but i feel like the mid pipe is too small to connect to what is left on the bike. i did trim down the mid pipe some so the exhaust wouldnt be too far back or high so it looks like it normally does with a cat+m4. i have noticed tho some high pitch whirring sound as i build up rpm or acceleration, is it cuz the mid is loose? i am just wondering how you solved the tightness on the install. Its been a month and it still wiggles and is loose some
i have that exact same slip on and mine doesn’t have baffles in it, just the exhaust packing. did the one you install had a snap ring on it? if not, how did you get it out of that m4??
Hey good morning big dog got a question where did you order the mid pipe and M4 exhaust? I will appreciate it if you send me a link . Thank you and have a blessed day
I have my mid pipe already. I'm about to delete my cat. I had a quick question. I eventually plan on having my ECU flashed. My question is, I currently have a PC5, would i be fine in the mean time with the cat deleted with the PC5, without having the ECU flashed?
So if you don’t get your ecru flashed right away will you run lean or rich? Because I ran 750 without a tune for only a week and all I got was massive flames
Most likely rich. The flame are cool in my opinion. The reason you got flame is because you still have your servo connected. And as soon as you let off on the throttle your servo flap closes. I will make a video on it soon.
You mean those two cables that attaches to the middle of the exhaust? Those are your servo cables. If you have a full exhaust system you don't need those cables
The exhaust on 2011 2022 Gsxr 600 and 750 are exactly the same. This video applies to all those models. I know this because I work on bikes and I've done a 750. Its the same

What kind of mid link pipe did you use? I have a 2018 GSXR600 that had a voodoo slip on on it but it fell off the bike while on a ride and I’m trying to figure out how to get this set up that you have on my bike now
It is a must to get it flashed and tune. But a power commander is not necessary. Unless you just want a power commander unless you want to retune it your self and not pay someone to doing for you.
@@Burnin_TAR if your not removing the servo, then you don't need a servo buddy. The only time you need a servo buddy is if you remove your servo and not getting your bike tune, which I don't recommend. If you remove your servo and are getting your bike tune by a professional you can tell them to deactivate the servo though the ECU setting. Then no servo buddy require.
@@East_Performance I just install a full exhaust system and i notice the difference in power. I love it. I will be post that video sometime next week. Follow by by the Dyno tune.
To add to adr…yes. Mainly for sound regulations. When your at idle it’s closed. (Air still passes by) It opens the more more you throttle up. If you want your bike to sound deeper at idle cut the cables. The servo is spring loaded so the flap stays wide open. You’ll like it. This Will not harm your bike.
