What this mod needs is for the AI to not both follow on the same position. Making Character 3 follow Character 2 who is following the Player might clean it up and even make it useful for bosses as they'll trail after each other to hit it.
This is awesome for a mod, but I think it would be even cooler if someone made it so even Mighty and Ray were part of the group so we can have 5 playable characters at once

I don't agree too much I would call this Confusion Team cause unsuccessful teamwork and Sonic has dealt the adventure alone you know ray and mighty are useless they suffer with sonic with many eggman traps!
This mod is really good and to play as all 3 characters is really cool but ducking down to switch characters is a pace breaker. Wish it could be like the Classic Sonic Heroes ROM Hack where to change characters is with a press of a button. Hope it gets fixed
