- 5-20-2023 a crazy night at Hickory Motor Speedway with Landon Huffman and Annabeth Barnes-Crum both with destroyed race cars. Robert Huffman and Jake Crum were involved in a fist fight on the spotters stand. Late Model Racing was crazy and after flag to flag on the first one, the second was caution and wreck filled.
Huffman didn’t wreck her. She wrecked herself trying to hook him lol. Pile driving him like that on the pace lap is uncalled for.

100%. Her lack of skills made her spin when she tried to drive down on him after the bump. Drivers like her scare me when all of thier good judgement and discipline just vanish in an instant. Even if he did wreck you (which he did not) don't cause work for your people. Uncontrolled rage beyond even the care for her own people and how hard they work.
Barnes-Crum drifted up and pinched Huffman into the wall, he responding with a bump-and-run in the following corner. In response, Barnes-Crum attempted to right rear Huffman but spun herself out in the process.
Yep. Look at her racing lines. Slides in and out with racers all around her. Couldn't maintain speed using a line so used everyone up for laps.

Regardless of what happened on the track, Jake had ZERO right to attack Papa Huffman like that. Leave the on-track stuff to the people on the track. His dad had no control over any of it, uncalled for!

He fully deserves to be banned from that track at a minimum.

What the 12 car done was uncalled for, and childish. They should ban her from the track for the remainder of the season, unless she issues a public apology, and pays for the damages to Landons car. We were fixing to leave, to beat the traffic when this happened, of course causing us to stay and finish watching the race!

Her husband should definitely be banned for assaulting Landons dad on the spotter stand. That was really screwed up. Dude was trying to stomp him to death even while people were breaking it up.

You are right, some of the best fun you can have. Been going to short tracks since I was a kid. Started at Oxford Plains Speedway in Maine, where I instantly got hooked, and now Wake County Speedway, in NC.

She got zero help from the Nascar bubbas and most days finished ahead of her team mate and boss, Tony Stewart.
Watched her do a interview couple weeks again praising the lord and then a few seconds later using foul language. I said to myself thats a wompass cat ass!Her husband seems to be a little pune himself.

She held the entire field up after the invert… Landon did a PERFECTLY executed bump n run… she jerked left and the other car turned her (her fault).. and her lunatic husband is too love struck to see what happened.

It was a lil baby-bump, and she overreacted and could have hurt someone. And the fact that Robert got battered because of it is even more maddening. B.S. and uncalled for.

I'm banned for life from a track in Canada after planting a Glasgow Kiss on another teams crew member who shoved my then 70 year old dad to the ground (he shoved my dad to get at another driver he was angry with). I dont regret it. Cheers

Also this is the prime example of what not to do, folks...if someone puts the bumper to you and shoves you up the track don't try to right hook them and damn sure don't use your car as a weapon like that...there's no sense trying to kill someone because they gave you the bump n run...door the hell out of them or bump them back but don't do this...this gets people killed or severely injured and could land both this woman AND her husband in jail
He only did the bump because she closed the door on his nose on the backstretch anyway, can't ask for respect when you won't leave a lane

@JohnsonRacingMedia I love racing...I was at New Hampshire in 2000 and Daytona in 2001 because if often go to races with my dad who was a hauler driver most of my life...I've seen drivers severely injured or in those two particular cases killed...I hate seeing racecars wreck and I especially hate seeing people intentionally wreck their car and someone else...I'm a Bubba Wallace fan and all of this on a Facebook post after Vegas last fall...just don't do these things, people...do like Stewart used to do...throw your helmet at their car or door the hell out of them...but don't do this

The 12 should be permanently banned from any NASCAR track. Glad i don't race anymore, because if that happened to me, the driver of the 12 would be getting their jaw broken, male or female.
As someone who had dreams of being a racecar driver and used to go watch my dad and uncle bill race their dirt track Monte Carlo. This alone tells me why Nascar is so heavy and strict about their policies. It's to keep crap like this from happening. #12 needs to learn how to drive a short track race, and apparently this is not the first time she has done misdoings on the track. Banning her won't do any good as she'll likely try to spin the story that Landon was the one who wrecked her. The husband however, should not be allowed at any racing events, not as a spectator or a spotter for #12, his actions were criminal and should be punished accordingly. Hope Landon gets that car fixed up and ready because id love to watch some racing events.
This is why I had to pull all my money out of racing. I'd have had to go whoop her and her husbands ass... if not at the track, I'm sure I could find where the live. And once again, this is why I had to pull all my money from racing, bail was getting too high and costing more than parts.

Behavior that gets rewarded, gets repeated. I'm not that familiar with either driver but Im going to speculate that this is not the first time this lady/team has engaged in this type of behavior and not held accountable because that was pretty over the top.
At the end the guy who got rear ended said she is constantly in the way and causing problems but who knows.
HUFFMAN DID NOTHING WRONG HE RUB THE 12 THAN SPUN OUT ALL BY THERE SELF WOW THE 12 SHOULD BE BAND FROM RACING AT THAT TRACK AND MAYBE PROBATION AT WHAT EVER TRACK THERE AT AND AS THERE CREW ATTACKING HUFFMAN DAD IN STANDS SHOULD BE PROSECUTED FOR ASSAULT AND BATTERY AND BAND FROM TRACK AND FOUND GUILTY THEN BAND THE CREW MEMBER FOR LIFE

Annabeth should be the furthest person from being in a race car since she cant keep her emotions in check. She tried to run Huffman into the wall before the bump n run..which is normal in all forms of racing, and spun herself trying to take him out for a second time.

It would have been so much better for her to beat him on the track if she could have kept her cool maybe counted to 10 or 100 and got her head right. What she did didn't help nobody but I guess she can say she stopped Landon from winning a 2nd race that day. It was funny to see her anger caused her to wreck herself. I wish she would have taken herself out and not been able to tear up Landons car!
That is always the better way to do it. Even if should would have gave him the bumper back under racing conditions and then went around him. What happened here is never the right answer.

Not only was it a small bump early in the race you destroyed your own car causing your guys a major repair. You paying all those guys? This is what happens when someone who probably never worked on a car let alone pay for one drives. she lifted going the corner and got dumped. By the way, learn how not to get dumped. Get over it.. if she drove for me and did this she would be gone, also fined and suspended for a few weeks. when I used to race and officiate, this is what would happen, but that was 30 years ago. Today Nothing happens to anyone. these driver see the clowns in nascar (yes, small "n") do this all time. dosen,t cost the drivers any money. Now the guy has to buy a tube and spend a week at least straightening his car up.

Just scroll through Hundreds and of Short Track Racing Retaliation Videos on You Tube. Heck watch Old Videos of Top Professional Drivers From Nascar. Quit Hating on this Girl. Huffman has done His share of wrong on the the track.
I'm not hating on her, I actually like her and root for her. It's not retaliation though, he did nothing to deserve retaliation and a move like this under caution in never acceptable.
