My rod and mains are at .15 as well. I was a little worried about it being a bit tight. But I believe OE was tighter than that. I was looking for 2 as well. Lol.
Hmmm I have the Ls3 BTR Stage 2 V2 cam. Same exact specs. The Redhot cam Same. It's the same as that cam. SO they like to put different names on the same camshaft. That's cool
@@GrandPitoVic actually if you noticed they all say 24x on one sides duration. That’s a 10 degree window for a slight difference in the exhaust side that can be vast
@727motorsports well yea that's true. The RedHot and Stage 2 V2 are the same cam. That's from BTR themselves. They were out if the RedHot branded so they sold me the Stage 2 V2.
New subscriber here! I always keep .001 extra clearance bearings on hand now. I noticed with the king bearings I run the standard size typically end up on the tight side of the tolerance. Not saying you did anything wrong and I get the time crunch. Just thought I’d share because I have ran into that multiple times now
Nice build. I am the one doing a Ls3/6L80E swap in the 03' Crown Vic Police Interceptor. I have the block done. I am working on my swap harness and heads. What head gaskets would be good for it. N/A build. Stock Ls3 gaskets or should I use something different?
