Printing Check with Microsoft Excel 2007 using HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2010 (K010) Printer
Open Microsoft Excel
Click “Page Layout”
Set Margin
Top - 3.8
Bottom - 0.4
Left - 2
Right - 2
Set Orientation to “ Landscape”
Set paper size to “Envelope # 10”
Select all cells from Row “1 - 15”
Set Row Height to - 13
Select all cells from Column “A - AA”
Set Column Width to - 3
In row 2, Merge Column “S” to “W”
Set Date Format
Select font style to “Arial Narrow”
Set font size to “10”
Enter Date example
In row 4, Merge Column “B” to “Q”
Align Left
Select font style to “Arial Narrow”
Set font size to “10”
Enter the name of Payee
In row 4, Merge Column “R” to “U”
Set Number Format to “Accounting” or click the “,” symbol
Select font style to “Arial Narrow”
Set font size to “10”
Enter Amount
Merge row 5 & 6 from Column “A” to “AA”
Align left
Select font style to “Arial Narrow”
Set font size to “10”
Enter text example “Amount in words”

Hindi kc pwede multiple sir. Kc kailangan mo pa i.edit ang details ng cheque. Like date, name of payee, amount and amount in words.

As far as I know, yes it applies to all bank. Philippine checks are the same sizes. They have standard sizes.
Ano pong dimention ng envelope #10? Wala po kasi dito sa computer ko ang envelope #10. Sana po masagot🙏

Brod pareho lang ba set-up kung Epson DOT LX310 printer gamit ko?
Di ko masabi kung pareho lang ba ang setup brod kc di ko pa nasubukan ang ganun na printer. Wala kc available dito.
Ribbon ba ang gamit sa printer na yan brod? Kung ribbon ang gamit, mas madali yan gamitin.
Do you know if this work for checks from USA?
I don't know if this work in the U.S coz maybe the Cheque here in the Philippines and in the U.S are not the same standard.
boss pwede bato sa deposit slip? araw2 kac akong nag dedeposit part ng trabaho ko naisip ko lang na mas madali kung printed narin ang deposti slip hindi na ako mag susuulat
Pwede nman sa deposit bossing pero may kunting adjustment sa settings.
thanks. pwede naman e convert automatically ang amount in words from the amount in figure itself..at pwede ding may list sa kabilang sheet para pwede lang select pag print..at andun lahat ng pinag issuehan.. for improve convenience. Good luck :-)
Yes, pwedeng pwede. Ganun na rin ang ginagawa ko. Peru sa automatic convert from number to word, do ko pa nakuha exact na gusto kong format.
Hope that helps sir.. pag may mga ***, dagdagan nalang sa beg and end ng formula ng ampersand & equivalent to concatenate command.. ang problem ko lang yung pag set ng printer.. tnx

I have a question, i have the original check in my hand ok? And i want to scan in the computer and add more information on it and after using a same check can i do it without making other checks?
I needed to start writing checks again but spelling & penmanship is not one of my strong point. Tried to follow this tut but with no success so decide to use my indesign software to create an interactive document and save it as a PDF file so I can using my Adobe Acrobat 9 to fill out what has to be written on check and even paste transparent image of my signature plus certified note next to my signature and use my epson printer to print out my checks

Yes, i can send you the excel file. But i'm using Microsoft Excel 2007. I don't think so if it is working.
I already try this in HP and EPSON Printer. And it works well. As a matter of fact, this is what i used to do when printing checks.

I.customized nyo lng ang paper size. 10.47cm x 24.13cm ang equivalent ng Envelop #10.

I think it will work, because Philippine Check is standard. They have the same sizes. Try mo lang.

There's no need to get Check background.
Ano pong cell e merge sa dalawang signatory below?
For the first signatory, merge row 10 & 11 column L to Q for the name of the first signatory. Merge row 12 column L to Q for the Designation. Merge row 10 & 11 column S to X for the second signatory. Merge row 12 column S to X for the Designation. That's all, thank you for the question.

The top and bottom margins are different from what is spoken. Can you please clarify the margins?
The top margin is 3.8 and the bottom margin is 0.4.

Sa amin din blank Po.. Paano ung meron na fix na signatories po, paano malagay sa checke?
Ilan po ba ang signatory? Kasi sa example Check na gamit ko ay dalawang signatory. Kasi sa Barangay namin yon. Dalawa kaming signatory. Si kapitan at ako na treasurer.
Bakit kaya blank? Baka sa setting ng printer. Ang gamit ko na printer sa video na ito ay HP. Itong set-up na ito kasi ang ginagamit ko sa tuwing may disbursement ako na cheque.

What do you mean by legal check ma'am?
Add your language in the video title so that people who don't know Tagalog (like me) don't end up wasting their time.
I like laser taxi better and it uses regular size checks.
