I used Novo and the asked for my articles of Organization. I just sent it over to them during my application process and it was approved pretty quickly. If you don't have that articles of organization, you can try applying with your SSN as a sole -proprietor

I would think if you sell something on ebay, then that would be a direct deposit because recently instead of your money that your paid being paid to your PayPal, they now just pay it directly to your checking account using your account numbers.
I think the process would be very similar, but have very little knowledge of the Canadian system. There's also a lot of US businesses owned by non-US Citizens. Maybe look into seeing if you're eligible to establish a business in the US. That will give you access to US business bank accounts and credit cards for the bonuses...but you may be responsible for taxes.

You pay tax if you have a profit, Wyoming has no gross receipt taxes and you’re not making any money. It just looks like a pass though entity, nobody cares.
That's a good question. I thought about it and since all the accounts are really under my name, it's just me moving money around and I have the bank history as a paper trail. I'll definitely figure it out come tax time, but that's future Dan's problem.

CA does the same. If you create a WY LLC you still have to register in CA and pay $800 per year in estimated taxes.
