House allowance of RBI should be exempted from Income Tax calculation, because HRA is exempted from tax.
Allowance are exempted from tax...that's why RBI gives perks and allowance more than its salary
In mumbai, 1.6L is very less if you want to live in a good society and want to spend more on personal life. Mumbai is one of the most expensive place in the world. If it is in tier 2, 3 cities, then it is more than enough...

In Mumbai, one lakh salary means ,60,000.thats it.75000 basic pay means ,40000 only.its tier 1 city.
Pls tell salary in other cities like kolkota or Bhubaneswar where expenses r limited .... Mumbai is an extremely expensive place to live in ...

bro thats not how you calculate income tax , everything you did till 30% rule was correct but the correct way is for first 10 lakhs , the income tax will be 1,12,500, and for rest 7,30,088 it will be 30% ie 219026.4
final tax will be 219026.4+1,12,500= 331526.4/12= 28000 per month + some another cess charges and all. make it near 32k per month as approximate

Yes apart from the medical allowance, you will get full reimbursement of your hospital bills.
75000 HRA nehi hai, woh lease hai jo sabko nhi milta .. agar apka khud ka ghar hai to apko HRA milega ( 15% of basic) and , RBI agar quarters provide karte hai to hra and lease nhi milega ,,, and agar apka ghar vee nhi hai and quarters vee available nhi hai to Lease le sakte ho aap (75000per month)

@@SufalB my father is a govt servant and when I got admitted for a surgery in private hospital whole bill was reimbursed by Haryana govt. The bill was approx 3.5 lakhs.

In PSUs.... U will have separate chambers for urself... But in RBI, office is like IT sector with separate cubicles upto initial 15 years of ur career...
In PSUs drivers r provided unlike in RBI. Salary is also high in PSUs....Promotions r decent enough...But one drawback is the posting will be in Remote locations...
