I think heavy legs is all about listening to your body. You want to push through but sometimes that can lead to injuries. So, recovery is important so that your legs are never too heavy. For example, foam rolling, stretching, and getting enough rest.
That’s all nice and stuff but At the same time, you need to put in the hours. There is such thing as listening to your body too much, sometimes you just gotta play through the pain. Those last 2 sets when you’re fully fatigued can be as effective as 10 sets when you’re fresh.

Hey Matt loving the off season training vids I’m currently playing semi professional in England and have a pro trial lined up for pre season, however I have a bad back injury atm and could be out for 3 months, any tips on how to stay motivated through this injury because I know you went through a bad hernia injury for months.

Oh man i hate Snow also soooo much
yeh its really annoying but there are a few things you can do! 1) try to clear a little area and do juggling and ball mastery 2) if it is safe you could go on an interval run 3) working out at home 4) if you cant even do any of that work on your tactical brain/ game intelligence!
