And every day someone wonders what is the secret to becoming successful in this profession. In this week's show, Eric Worre reveals the secret to becoming a Network Marketing Professional, and it’s not recruiting, or selling, or attending company events… it goes much deeper than that, and it starts with You.
Listen in as Eric explains that a company won’t make you successful, your downline doesn’t make you successful, and neither does your upline. Success starts with making a Decision. A decision that you are going PRO, a decision that you are going to the top no matter what. And that decision starts with you and your commitment to becoming a Professional. A decision that says “No matter the set backs I might face and no matter the challenge, I am going to the top.” Eric shares how he thought he was making a decision, how he thought he knew what he wanted, but he would let outside forces throw him off balance and he would question his ability and question his career choice. He explains that all of those objections just fell away when he made his decision real. The hardest part is making it real. But once you make the decision, you are left with one road in front of you, which is to become a network marketing professional. So make a decision.

I have been I the profession for 3 weeks! and I made my decision, I am with a great company but there are very few professionals! 1- I have made the decision to lose the poser mentality, I have made the decision to treat the profession with respect! I am going to the top and you will either see me waving from the top or dead on the side! I am not coming back.
This is HARDCORE! I believe everyone in life, not just MLM has to watch this video, regardless of his/her level in business! Well said Eric. I have heard your motivational speeches before and the people I see failing are the ones who hear your words without hearing the message. It's unfortunate because they are the ones who can't be trained until they hear the message. Network marketing is like any other business. It takes commitment, perseverance, belief in one's self. If you are a team leader then be a leader. If you are part of a team then be trainable and be a team player while striving to become a team leader if that's what you want. As a trainable team player you will succeed by learning and using the tools you need to achieve the goals you aspire to. With this success is within your grasp.

It is an awesome one of a kind guide for building your own online business from nothing minus the hard work. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my old buddy Taylor finally got excellent success with it.

No. The next step is to make a funnel so you dont have to sell, wead out tire kickers, and make money while you sleep. You are not in sales. You are in marketing. An okay marketer beats a master sales man 10:1
I completely disagree!! I’ve ALWAYS been turned down when I mention that “I sell.” It’s always about sharing the opportunity, sharing the products.
I still prefer sharing.... Though in actual sense it's sales.

🔥💥Awesome video. I love helping network marketers past this mindset rah rah stuff. Most people do not need to be patronized to decide. Most people need real training to build skills and get leads. Thats it. Learn how to build funnels and do attraction marketing. No one in network marketing actually teaches marketing skills. People need high knowledge, not mindset to make a decision they already made. Being a pro has to do with the skill of making leads make a decision, not you.
