    One of the rare ones to talk about the camera gear and this bag. Really well shown. Thanks!

    These are very spacious. I really like the bags and how they are very organized like it makes using them even better. I like what they're doing

    Hey! Man I really enjoyed this video. I have the 9L in black and I really like it. I was rocking the Alpaka Tech Case for a while (love that bag) but after some time I started to miss having a bag with more inner real estate (specifically the large main compartment). I dig the color choice you went with. I've always been a fan of olive green. Have you considered going up to the 9L? Then again you did say you may not keep the Switch in there. Either way you did an amazing job with item placement. It's a skill I need to learn because I really overthink where things should go. 😅

      Thanks so much for watching. I’m really glad you enjoyed the video. After travelling a couple weeks with this bag I found that as long as I left the switch in the hotel it was perfect.

      I own bot the 6 and 9 liter Venture slings. Bellroy hits it out of the park, great design, materials. Many complain about no handle, I just grab either end problem solved. Great Slings!

    Great informative video! Hey, how did you get the PD anchors onto your camera like that? I have the same one but the anchor is too thick!

      I was wondering that whilst watching. I'll have another look at mine to see how it might be done.

      i had to take something really thin like thread, run it through, loop it through the anchor strap and use that to pull it through the tiny camera thing

    Why wouldn’t Bellroy put a cover over that front zip? It’s just asking to be filled with water and grit and ruining what’s inside.

    • @islandbyfilm
      @islandbyfilm  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I actually just finished running through a rain shower with this bag and I can assure you not to drop got in through the zipper. I definitely think it’s waterproof enough for most circumstances.

      I drove more than once across islands during tropical storms, so like 1h-2h in torrential rain, alternating having it in front and in back, I never had it have a crazy amount of water in it, but it definitely got wet inside. Maybe 0.5cm of water in the bottom after 1h riding in rain

    How does this compare with your old peak design 3L?

    • @islandbyfilm
      @islandbyfilm  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It’s a bit more comfortable to carry with a bit more space for storage. The one thing however that I liked about my peak design bag was the structure it held. I really think that it made it easier to pull my camera out.

      I’m also an owner of the peak design 3l and considering this 6L or the 9L for an extra space. The PD is just too bulky for its internal storage. Is the Bellroy 6L worth the upgrade or should I go for the 9L?
