Thank you very much Mark to keep us with you at that event! You've shared with us the motorcycles you were interested in, your game time, very interesting and with a nice way you made this work: lead my intention with emotions, without too much technical details, and nice images pick up beauty.
I had a Can Am Spyder for a little over 2 years and 22,000 miles. It took a little time to get acclimated, but once I got used to it I found it pleasant. I took several long (3-4000 mile) trips on mine. Not having to balance it in traffic when riding with a passenger was its biggest advantage over a bike. I kept a couple of other bikes at the same time and it wasn’t difficult to transition to 2 wheels. Ultimately, 32 mpg, the extra garage space it required, and the urge to get something else resulted in my trading it. I still don’t regret the purchase, and I’d recommend them to anyone who has compromised agility, or plans long trips with a passenger.
Thank you. Brilliant video & I cannot imagine there is a better one the show on here. I currently ride a GS but if I ever wanted to buy new I would definitely try a CFMOTO given their prices.
Great video mate, probably the best most concise one, of the International Motorcycle Show!! ( I still tend to call it the International motorcycle show, although I know this is not technically true)!!
Great video, I think you were being stalked the whole way round, I would check he's not outside your house if I was you!. I went to the show on Wednesday and my favourite is still the cfmoto cl700x range, perfect performance and great looking bikes , a lot cheaper than your Ducati scrambler or Indian FTR.
A shame CF Moto didn’t have the long awaited 450MT on display,it’s a bike many duel sport bike fans want to see, hoping Mark you’ll get to review one when you head to Scotland.
Let's be real most of these bikes were premium models, I don't know many people let alone new riders who can afford most of this, Zero charging 20k for 11kw are they mad? Biking is becoming more and more a wealthy pastime in UK
Never been to a show, probly never will,as im new too biking, and the costs are crazy, think il stick to the second hand market,,went into biking thinking its fun, these prices aint funny
I went to look at ADV bikes and for me it was a toss up between the black and gold RE Himalayan or the Triumph 400x which looked almost too good to take off road
@@alrhodes5011 Totally agree mate , Honda missed a trick there but perhaps done on purpose as it's not released yet according to Honda dealer , even though it was at EICMA as well and had a front position. I was looking at getting the CB500X but with the new dash , new front and improved fuelling at lower speeds I'm happy to wait for the NX.
I dont think many people will bother going next year. Its a crap show. £31 to get in £17.95 to park. No free goodies. No lovely ladies. Over prices boring bikes. The classic bike show is much better
It’s my personal opinion that motorcycle designers have totally lost there way it seems they are trying to hard and over designing or using way to much hideous plastic panelling
I was just thinking much the same, what the people want/ask for, something smallish, lightish, cheapish, and fastish ,lol , all the people get,too big heavy expensive and over tech/styled ,😂
Some nice bikes, but I just can’t see, how they can justify such extortionate pricing!! The Nortons though, look like something you’d put on your mantle piece, than on the road, absolutely gorgeous!!
I hadn’t been for 10 years and this year I thought it’s about half the size. £18 the last time i went £31 this year. Probably be another 10 years before I go again
My brother went the week before to the Classic car show and parking Was £15, but parking for the Bike show was £18, although he did go by train By the way ,You have a stalker
My goodness, largely a collection of way over-priced confused origami and chaotic scaffolding type of bikes which are nearly all completely unpractical. There is hardly a model that has any kind of elegant simplicity. The motorcycle world gets ever more remote from the average end user with most manufacturers climbing over themselves in pursuit of "style" over substance.
I agree, to me a designer hits the sweet spot when functionality and comfort meets style and beauty. As it stands current crop is neither attractive nor well thought out , mostly just competing for change just to be different.
I've never seen so many Cheap Plastic UGLY Insect looking bikes under one roof in my life. The Cheap excuse for a mudguard on all machines is totally ridiculous. These new TFT Screens are a joke imo and seem to be growing larger, it's worth mentioning that Rolex DON'T make digital watches. I'm glad to say l really enjoyed your video of the motorcycle show because unlike all the other videos you weren't on the Royal Enfield gravy chain and we did get to see all the bikes instead of just one, The Himalayan. If l had to choose a good looking bike out of this HEAP OF PLASTIC it would have to be the Triumph 400 , which looks like a motorcycle and comes with a headlight. KTM probably make the best bikes in the world today but they are the ugliest, especially that stupid orange colour. Motorcycle design needs sorting, we need curves , mudguards, headlights, analog speedo and Rev counter with an additional little clock to indicate rider modes. NO MORE TRANSFORMERS
This is the best coverage of the nec show I will ever see on utube thank you very much 👍Alan Northern Ireland.
I enjoyed watching the video. thank you
Have a nice day today. 👍
Thanks for taking the time to run through all that for all of us that couldnt make it.
Thanks for talking the time to cover the show for those of us who couldn't make the trip.
Excellent walk round. Cheers

Very good report of the show, well done. Never seen as many fat old blokes, it's a sign of the motorcycling times,
Really enjoyed this thanks

Hi from NZ, regardless of price the hayabusa looks awesome in orange/black, and the katana looks the best ever, wicked cool, well done Suzuki
@11:55 you are being stalked! 😎
Lol , You spotted that too .... Think it's Mark's Mate from the Shop
@@CiBi1968 Ahhh...ok 😋
I thought he had a bouncer to protect him from fans 😁

I thught same lol
A very good summary of the event. What is the music playing whilst looking at the BMWS? Kraftwerk?
Liked the Triumph Scrambler 400 and the BSA 650. Shame the Royal Alloy GP 300 wasn't there.

Yeah, he got in my bloody car all the way home too...It's ok, I palmed him off on my mother lol.

Isn't it ironic when an alcohol company promotes a motorcycle brand. Drinking and riding lol. 🤡world.

The kids just borrow them and don’t worry these days 😂
Nice to see you spent time on the Norton Stand the only bike truly built in UK
Never been to a show, probly never will,as im new too biking, and the costs are crazy, think il stick to the second hand market,,went into biking thinking its fun, these prices aint funny
CCM for that money and look.
is not to be used. it's art for the living room 😛
If you need to ask the price you can't afford it😈 surprised to see a CBR600RR.
I went to look at ADV bikes and for me it was a toss up between the black and gold RE Himalayan or the Triumph 400x which looked almost too good to take off road
I agree....so I've purchased the RE Himalayan 452 Black/Gold with tubeless wheels 🇬🇧

Ah mate , lovely coverage but you missed the new NX500 when on the Honda stand !
Sorry
It was really tucked away in a poor spot with little/no fanfare. I liked the bike but it's very much more road biased than it used to be

The ZT cruiser is a bit tasty.
It was awful, the show itself, not this review. Shocking.
It did seem lacking somewhat
