I LOVED Marion’s interview with Bill Evans-one obf her best! She really brought out a lot depth with Bill! What astonished me was the humility of Bill! Marion’s ability to make that quality in Bill shine through! I had a wonderful three hour visit with Bill one-on-one in 1962. It was apparent to me, a humble 19 year-old, that Bill was a humble guy, but that was with just the two of us. With Marion and a great listening audience that quality of Bill was evident to the world, R.I.P. to Bill AND Marion!
what a treasured program piano jazz with Marian McPartland was. R.I.P. great lady.

what a good one ....but oh why cut off the tony bennett part..
I suspect Mr. Bennett has some pretty stiff (expensive) rebroadcasting rules? ;-)
Incredible
