Can you please tell me the exact model of the optical drive? I bought the one without the optical drive E5 474G but can't find any info on what drive is compatible and I would like to install one so I'm certain this should work on mine also. This laptop looks exactly like the one I have too, but again, it's one step up just without the optical drive. Please let me know. Thank you!
The model laptop now adays has no optical drive. Why do you want to use the optical drive? If you're trying to format or change O. S. you can subtitute USB drive instead of optical drive. Download OS on image format or with ISO i guess, then download Rufus. Use rufus to put the OS inside the usb so you are able to format. Use USB drive on bios/boot menu. :)

sir patulong naman how to fix, model: Acer E5-473. Pag on ko ng laptop in a few seconds namamatay na sya, parang ayaw mag tuloy ng power. done basic troubleshooting ayaw pa rin.

Depende sa board mo, chek mo ung supported ng board mo. Kung Sodimm, dapat sodimm dn pangpalit mo.
