It’s nice to see him bust out the oldie but goodies. When I first discovered him in 2009 this was in heavy rotation on his set list. I haven’t heard him play it in forever.
Thank you very much I really do enjoy filming for people that can't get out to the shows and maybe build a fire under some people that can get out to go see these artists and these beautiful venues.
Great video. I too have the 23S but never tried the video and sound. Glad it works so well. And nice seats too. Perfect for this kind of thing. Great job.
Thank you I really enjoy filming for people that can't get to shows... yeah the 3x lense on the S23 is stunning the 10x lens is completely useless for video and photos unless you're taking photographs out in bright sunlight. the S24 ditches the 10x lens all together and you can switch lenses in the middle of recording I might have to upgrade. Stay tuned, I'll be posting videos from London this Thursday and Friday. if you look at the last Matador of Bayonne from this same concert I forgot to switch to the 3x and you can tell my zooms look digital and grainy.
I've never seen him perform with an opener. Jones Beach last August he played a show with Don Felder and styx and he didn't go on last even though it was, his show.
No, the venues won't let you bring them into the show, I had a meet 'n greet. I was one of four otger people that brought guitars to be signed. One guy had a 1952 Telecaster! It was really cool, I felt like I was at Antique Roadshow... Joe is telling me about my guitar and how it was made and what not to do to it. I leave for London this Wednesday; I have meet and greets both nights at the Albert Hall April 4th and 5th.
@outandabout2112 Wow. What an opportunity. I would be speechless and breathless... so better you than me 😉. Were the meet-n-greets this week everything you wanted?

Joe rocking the Hamer! Right on! Thanks for the video.
Great Venue and Great Capture

🙂❤💖👏😎👍
Nice video. Does Joe still tour without an opener?
Why does that matter?
@@johnwilson7809 because I’m thinking about going but it’s 90 minutes away. I wanted to know what to expect. Geez
I've never seen him with an opening act, going on 8 concerts, always starts promptly on time. 2-1/4 hours of nonstop greatness.

So you brought your Flying V into the show? And they let you in with it? How cool is that? And how did you get him to sign it? Back stage pass maybe?

I don’t know why Joe has backup singers he doesn’t need them. Glad I saw him 15 years ago when it was just a four man band
