I love that your home seems peaceful and you make motherhood look enjoyable and I can tell you truly love being home and with your family! It makes me so happy and encouraged to see this bc I see so much negativity towards children and the home, so it’s refreshing to see a different perspective 💛
I definitely agree! I always dreamed to be a stay at home mama. A small home, a wonderful marriage and lots of kids! We aren’t perfect but I do love my life. I think God for it daily!
Hi Sarah! I would love to hear more about how you set up expectations for your kids, doing chores, eating the food you make and not complaining if it isnt their favourite (cant be all the time with a large family) and respect between siblings and to parents , navigating arguing/ hitting. Thanks so much ❤
I would, too! I only have 3, but getting nearly any task accomplished while my 2 younger kids are awake is next to impossible unless dad supervises. Even if I separate each child into different rooms, one always “needs”me within 5 minutes. Within 15 the youngest is screaming. How are you getting anything accomplished with 5 under 8 and not having them constantly under foot?
How do you find time for children around all of these duties? You don’t film them for obvious reasons, so it gives a feeling you’re always free to do your homemaking. Besides kids helping you in your chores, when do you find time to homeschool them?I love your attitude, you are doing everything with grace and love, thanks for sharing your world❤
I wanna be like you when I grow up, even though I'm two years older 😅. You inspired me to start baking my own bread and to not look at caring for our space like a chore but rather a self care ritual. Sending love from Costa Rica ❤
In Poland we also add shredded carrots to our sauerkraut :) maybe you will find it interesting. We also make sour pickles (just sea salt, water and whole cucumbers), sour carrots, sour raddish, beets, cauliflowers. We are kings of sour pickles 😅 maybe you will want to try some of them :)
We love homemade sauerkraut! I recently was told by a fermenting pro, salt the cabbage and let it sit for half an hour. It's so much easier to work with... big difference for me! We like to use two green cabbage and one red cabbage, and it turns out to be this beautiful bright, fuchsia pink color. 😍😍
I would love for you to share more about homeschooling, kids education and your life philosophy (like principles, why you did home birth, sense of life, family rituals...). You're amazing, a truly inspiration, and I will keep following you on whatever format you want to create!!! Thanks for sharing all those years
I love how peaceful your videos have already been. You can tell that you and your family have Christ as the center of your lives! Thank you for reminding me that I can have my daughter with me in the kitchen and work on my overstimulation by taking a second.
Oh my goodness I looove these types of videos. They are so refreshing and motivating! I wouldn’t mind you constantly uploading videos about meal ideas. I don’t think us mamas can ever get enough ideas for meal time!
Not a mama just yet, but I love watching this kind of content to learn as much as possible in advance! Also the vibe of these videos is so comforting and cozy, and it makes my brain and heart happy 😊 if you ever feel the urge to drop daily content (especially with meal planning/recipes), I don’t think any of us would mind 😂
I love watching you Sara. You are blessed to have such cute kids. Even if we can't see them clearly. I respect you for doing this because you want it this way and that is what matters most. God bless you all. Thank you.
Im in the early months of my pregnancy and im so ready to not feel sick and clean my house again. You're videos have been SO MOTIVATING!! ❤️ Once i feel better i feel like i wont stop cleaning lol.
Congratulations! The first trimester is hard. I always have to remind myself that it's a season which will end and you will regain a new sense of normality. Good luck with rest of your pregnancy and motherhood journey
Congratulations and best wishes for a healthy mom and baby. I'm 4 months postpartum with my first and while every stage has its own challenges I found the first trimester to be the toughest. The nausea, fatigue, and worry those first 12 weeks are all worth it in the end. I hope you're feeling better now.
Hi, Sarah. I really miss you cleaning/decluttering and organizing videos, as well as mom's talk and homeschool tips. Would love to see some of those, as a new mom I really crave that type of content. Are you planning to film anything like that? ❤
My dad has been making sauerkraut for years, and I’m pretty sure he never has used vinegar: just salt and cabbage and it’s always so amazing! I finally asked him to show me how he makes his sauerkraut the next time I visit. I’ve just started dipping my toes in fermenting and quick pickling, and it’s addictive! (And yummy… ) Also: thank you for your flatbread sourdough discard recipe! I have made it once a week lately, and it’s the perfect thing to have on hand for quick lunches (especially flatbread pizzas)! I actually need to make another batch tomorrow…
this last time i made the sauerkraut without the vinegar it was still SO GOOD but i love vinegar in the kraut! health benefits or not, it is amazing!! YAY i am so glad you like the sourdough flatbread, i have loads on hand for easy lunches! 😘
Sarah, you inspired me to make jam for the first time a few days ago. My husband loved it and he's never been much of a jam person so thank you for the inspo😊🌹 If it's possible, would you be able to make a video of how you make baby-food for your son? My daughter is almost 4 months old and I'd love to learn some tips and tricks for home-made baby-food😊🙏🌹 other than that, thank you for the videos, they are such a joy🌹
I’m 30 and on my 5th child! Got married at 19 and started right away also haha I was “done” at 3 kids but the lord had a major sense of humor and here were are 2 kids later hahaha it’s going to be a beautiful legacy for sure!
How beautiful is your kitchen, so bright!! I don't know how you can handle all, i love spending time with my kids but sometimes i really struggle because i need silence and be alone.. 😢 i wish i could find a balance
I agree with everyone recommending beef tallow. Toups and Co and also Vanman are two great places to get it. I use it on my eczema, cuts and scrapes, on my face and lips as a moisturizer, and especially on my babies diaper rash (legitimately takes the diaper rash away within a day. It’s amazing). So yes, would definitely recommend to anyone.
Ahh Sarah!! I love this so and I’m so obsessed with your content! Thank you for being such a light in my life. I always look forward to watching these videos and your work never goes unnoticed. Ilysm and I hope you’re having an amazing day 💕
My eczema was caused by gut issues fed by leavening agents; yeast and baking soda (which also includes vinegar which is made with yeast, and sugar which feeds yeast). I had to do a year+ without all of that, going heavy on probiotics and it completely cleared up my eczema, and now I keep those foods to a minimum. Naturally leavened foods never bothered me though, so sourdough without yeast or baking soda added has been a staple for me. I also know several people who have the same issue caused by the same things, so I wonder if that's maybe something to experiment with? Hope it clears up for you, it's a nightmare to deal with. Keep up the awesome work, God is really using you to bless so many people!
yes yes yes to the tallow -- I have the driest, flakiest, most rash-prone skin, and tallow soothes and nourishes my skin BEAUTIFULLY. can't recommend highly enough!
Beautiful! You are creating a loving home for your family :) Curious, who is helping getting your kids ready in the morning and started with school while you’re in the kitchen? I need ideas on how to improve my own productivity, and being two places at once sadly isn’t possible 😅 (although my husband is a huge help!)
Would love to see your kids food plated at meal times! I also have 5 kids with the youngest being 10 months old and somehow with all these kids I can still struggle on how to serve him what we eat
I'd love to know how you manage sleep with little ones. My 8 month old is waking hourly to breastfeed and I couldn't be this productive in the day because im so tired and ive only got the one. How does it work with 5?? I hope you are blessed with good sleepers 🥰
Hey Sarah! Thanks for this. You inspire me to be the best version of myself and for the people around me. Would you mind doing a video about yourself like a q and a please. Love you and God bless xoxo
I DIDN’T KNOW YOU WERE BACK! I’m so excited! I’m baking cupcakes today for my daughter’s first birthday party, and I’m so glad I get to listen to your new vids while I do it 🥰
Sarah, topping suggestions for your flatbread: fig spread, bacon, goat cheese, jalapeños or chili flakes, and some arugula. Delish!! I love to use my sourdough discard to make flatbreads. Heat a cast iron pan in the oven at 425° and once preheated add a layer of sourdough starter. Drizzle with olive oil and flaky sea salt. Bake until it pulls away from the pan.
Would love for you to talk about your kids sleep routine with 5 kids… I’ve experienced so many haters on both sides of the isle talking about sleep training vs not sleeping/maybe they just have perfect angel children? Just really want to know how other moms actually get their kids to SLEEP and have time with their husband/to get things done at night. We never sleep trained and I regret it every day.
I feel like you and I are similar with cleaning. . I don't like feeling things under my feet either. I like things tidy and scrubbed clean. You get told things I get told, "How do you have such a clean house when you have children?" I can't function if my home is dirty. Your kitchen is amazing by the way. It is great you married at 19. I was engaged at 17, but married at 20, though we didn't get pregnant until I was 22. You'll be similar to me, having teens in your 30s. It is so fun to grow up with your children. I am 39 with a 16 year old, 14 year old, and 2 month old and hope for one more. I'll experience being both a young and old mom haha. I love that your kids help you out so much. I love how you chilled out on two stools in the kitchen. The pizzas look great.
In South Africa the sandwich bags aren't free. We need to buy them. We get a big variety though but we still need to buy them. I like that you chose being a mom and homemaker and that God bless your family financially for you to be able to be at home. Thanks for the videos.
I love my beef tallow! I havnt used it as skincare but as a bug replacement for butter and olive oil in cooking! I got 30 lbs of beef fat from a local organic processor that I rendered down to tallow😅
I love it. Thanks for sharing. I would love to know when you fit in other home jobs? Do you have a weekly list that you follow where you do something different each day. Im interested in learning as much as I can about family rhythms for the week. even notes on monthly additions to the rhythm.
i mostly have morning chores and even chores, i keep the middle of the day very kitchen focused! so in the morning before going downstairs, i do a quick load of laundry! by the time it’s out of the dryer and ready to be put away, i am getting dressed for the day and the kids are also able to put away their items! things like dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleans, etc, are done at night when needed! sometimes before or after the kids go to bed, whenever time permits! 🧡
Your hubby untying your apron 😅 so cute. I also forget to feed myself throughout the day or eat while standing up/doing dishes/etc. I’ve tried to be a little more intentional with that. Still a work in progress!
I am trying tonget rid of the baby dishes too, I wont buy more and I'm gradually getting them all to use 8 oz mason jars for cups, great video, thanks for sharing your day!
These videos are so calming! But how do you have the energy to work, mom, and homemake? I’m a full time employee and mother of one and struggle with the energy aspect!
Have you tried goat cheese? Sounds odd I know but my daughter has a dairy allergy BUT goat cheese doesn't bother her like cow cheese does. I've heard other people say the same thing about goat milk vs cow milk.
Hi Sarah! Just wondering if you have looked into trying some local raw milk. It leaves all the “good stuff” in there for your gut to help you process the dairy. I wonder if it would bother you like other pasteurized dairy products. Just something to research if you have time.
Raw milk is illegal in Canada, though not impossible to find. I’m not sure how she would make a video with her consuming it though, knowing that it is illegal.
Whaaaat. That is so crazy! “Illegal” feels so harsh for something like that. We have some local farmers in the Midwest here (USA) that you can get raw milk from. They definitely don’t sell it in stores but if it’s from a local trustworthy source then it’s a great find. Not many people offer it though.
I love your new videos! ❤️Genuine question: how do you do all of this with a baby? I understand your older kids are quite independent and you sometimes baby wear, but you appear to have ample baby-free time during the day. I have a 14-month-old and can only do anything when my husband takes care of him or he’s napping.
@@rrr441 Thanks. I thought he worked from home, so he wouldn’t be able to be the primary caregiver during work hours. The baby must just have a very easygoing temperament
You are the cutest, your prayer to the Lord had me cracking up! Not to be horrible, but I foresee another child 🙈😂 But like we know it's up to the Lord 🙏🏽💕
Also, how do you entertain your 10month old when you’re in the kitchen? My youngest of 5 is 10months old but the next child up is 9yrs so my youngest is often the only one around. We do his large playpen or his bouncy chair or the high chair while I’m working in the kitchen but he gets bored. He’s too crazy to be worn 😂
My little brother was high energy and he used to go in a jolly jumper so he could bounce around and he loved that (and went on to be a semi-pro athlete)
Hi Sarah, look into the GAPS diet (Natasha Campbell McBride) for allergies ..you can heal allergies with this.. my daughters intolerance to dairy went away a few days into the diet protocol. It's wholefoods, lots of meat broth, fermented foods..I think you may like it :)
I love that your home seems peaceful and you make motherhood look enjoyable and I can tell you truly love being home and with your family! It makes me so happy and encouraged to see this bc I see so much negativity towards children and the home, so it’s refreshing to see a different perspective 💛

Sarah has a video on her old channel all about home schooling.... its called Sarah Therese
Your husband untying your apron is very sweet and endearing. Y’all’s relationship seems very relaxed and in-tune with each others needs ❤

Love this video and how someone so young still enjoys being a home-maker. It's a most important job, and to love it is so great to see.
I'm so happy that you make TH-cam videos again. I missed you. I love how calm and inspiring your videos are. Thank you!
I have been enjoying these videos so much that I find myself looking forward to them during the week, the same way I do my favorite shows!
Hi, Sarah. I really miss you cleaning/decluttering and organizing videos, as well as mom's talk and homeschool tips. Would love to see some of those, as a new mom I really crave that type of content. Are you planning to film anything like that? ❤

I used to give my son also a bath in the kitchen sink & it was a good bonding moment.❤
Please do a video on what’s like working from home social media and balancing it all ❤
Thank you so much for this video! I appreciate you talking about productivity with kids ❤ also addressing being overstimulated is so important!
Loved this video! I love how peaceful it was and your voice is so calming. 😊🩷
I definitely recommend whipped tallow! It. Is. Amazing. Toups and co is an incredible brand or making it yourself is pretty easy!
Tallow is so awesome on my face! Love it.

Yes to the grassfed beef tallow. I slather it all over and it helps my dry skin so much.
This video is amazing. Thank you for sharing. It makes me long even more to be a wife and mother some day, when the Lord brings that into my life.
I loved the video Sarah! I hope to see more videos like this. Day in the life videos are my favorite!! 🍀🙏🏻

I LOVE THESE VIDEOS! You're new style of video is a home run for me. would love a Q&A video
I am soooo glad you are back on TH-cam ❤ I get so many recipe ideas from your videos. Thank you! 😀
I missed seeing your other videos! Im glad you're back to youtube! I love me some kitchen content! I spend about 50% of my days in mine.

We use fermenting jar lids and have sauerkraut in 4 days
Youre vlog is so therapeutic for me ❤
Love this!!! You inspired me to start my channel and I’m so eager to start baking 🥰
Id love a video of your weekly cleaning routine in the home ❤
I drizzle some olive oil on top of dairy free cheese and I swear it makes it better

Would love a video with n what you feed your 10 month old and introducing food to your babies.
In South Africa the sandwich bags aren't free. We need to buy them. We get a big variety though but we still need to buy them. I like that you chose being a mom and homemaker and that God bless your family financially for you to be able to be at home. Thanks for the videos.
Love your videos!! Thank you for sharing 😊
God Bless you and your family
🙏💛🙏
Love to see you again 💕
If I had an open plan kitchen I would so be in it all day! Your kids must be so well behaved you always seem calm 😅
My kids used to alllll get sink baths. Awww the days go by fast. 🥰
How much time you think you dedicate to your phone in a day? I mean social media, for fun or job
I just started using beef tallow on my face cause I get super flaky around my hairline and eyes and my skin looks amazing!!
Do you render it yourself or what brand do you use? Thank you 🙂
#goals. I love that we now have a baby the same age. So fun ❤ thanks Sarah ❤
These videos are so calming! But how do you have the energy to work, mom, and homemake? I’m a full time employee and mother of one and struggle with the energy aspect!
Question, is there a difference between the kitchen flooring?cooking versus seating area?
Have you tried goat cheese? Sounds odd I know but my daughter has a dairy allergy BUT goat cheese doesn't bother her like cow cheese does. I've heard other people say the same thing about goat milk vs cow milk.

@@jacintako as far as I remember he works with her (filming, editing etc) so it's probably not a very strict or demanding schedule.
I believe it's the fat that makes things froth - so perhaps try adding a wee bit of mct/coconut oil in with it.
Please make a home school curriculum video/home school type video!
Baby sink baths are the best. ❤ Great video!
Yay you’re back 🙏🏽♥️
So relaxing to watch also inspiring
Have you tried raw cheese? That’s what we use and we LOVE it!
You are the cutest, your prayer to the Lord had me cracking up! Not to be horrible, but I foresee another child 🙈😂 But like we know it's up to the Lord 🙏🏽💕
Love to see what it looks like to homeschool and be a homemaker.
Hi Sarah! I’m going to try out your flatbread pizza this week. Was curious what temp and how long you cook them? Thanks! 😊
My favorite dairy free cheese is miyoko creamery. It’s nut based and so delicious. ❤❤
Can we get a pour over coffee how to video from Kieran??? My attempts at making it just aren't right yet 😂
Cycle routine. But all of your videos are so fantastic and I enjoy watching them.
You are such a phenomenal woman bless you
Just by the by, kimchi has vinegar to speed fermentation.

Violife has the best vegan cheese in shredded cheese, i think! Your food looks so yummy!

Beef tallow and raw milk ❤
Love your sleeveless sweater, could you link that please? 😍
Hi Sarah - Love your new channel! Just wondering where your bright blue Dutch oven is from? Thanks!
So funny I needed a sauerkraut recipe, I just got a cabbage and a mason jar to attempt it!
