Yes ofcourse you can visit in the month of march. It will lightly be covered with snow at that time..days will have a pleasant weather and nights could get really chilly..if you’re a fan of the cold weather and the beauty of snow.. you can definitely visit, nevertheless its a beautiful place to see whether going in summers or winters.
