I first saw Kevin Spacey as Mel Proffitt in Wiseguy. As good as he was in that show, I was surprised at his trajectory in the mid ‘90’s when the world caught up to his talent. “Only the toes knows”.
in my opinion his performance in house of cards is hands down the best ever performance in any show/movie.

Why doesn't he mention Ian Richardson and the 1990s BBC TV series of House of Cards? Richardson does the same sort of asides to the audience as Spacey does.

Screw that liar Anthony Rapp. He was jealous of Kevin’s career because he was becoming big star while being in the closet and Anthony’s career stalled because he was an out actor… He said Kevin was a “fraud” He even lied about the type of place Kevin had at the time where the alleged assault happened… Kevin was in a studio apartment and didn’t even have a bedroom. Proven in court that it was all BS. As far as I’m concerned what little career Anthony has should have been over for being the one to initiate the ruining of this man.
