Your voice is so soothing, thanks for the video was looking at getting the shure and was wondering of gettings this or using my current autio mixer and the cloudlifter.
Razer Audio Mixer gain range is from -12 dB to +39.7 dB. However Shure SM7b needs a pre amp with gain of 60 dB. So how does this mixer power the mic efficiently when it doesn't meet the requirements?
i had a Behringer Q802USb and lost the power supply unit. Also I had problems with the knobs being corroded and I think that this Razer Mixer solves that problem with adjustments being made in software rather than mechanically.
did you use anything else or did you just pluh the shure sm7b into the audio mixer? and if so what did you plugin. Does it work with just the Razer Audio mixer?
No, just mic into mixer, mixer into PC, headset in to mixer and you're off (obviously mic needs a boom arm) but if you're asking if I used a cloudlifter or whatever, no, no I didn't. You don't need it.
@@ds-yu4dh So the software doesn't work with USB mics? I have a blueSnowball and I am considering buying this, but I'd love to know. What exactly was the issue and how did you solve it?
brother, I'm planning to buy this device, I'm wondering if it's possible to set it up to hear notifications like followers from streaming pc to my gaming PC headphones?
Okay, I have been fighting with this for so long now... I cannot get my microphone to show up on anything other then the headphone out, and the line out. And I cannot get any sound to my headphone out either. What have I don't wrong and how do I make this work?
Can I use ny phone via a 3.5 to 3.5 as an audio source to my audio? Also will it work the same in a call compared to obs or streaking software? It is just a mic input, correct?
How would i connect a set of Wireless Headphones (Astro A50 Wireless) to this to work properly? And obviously the built in mic on the headset would not work?
Honestly, this isn’t the first time Razer has copied someone’s design. Their basilisk is a straight copy paste from Logitech’s g502. I don’t like buying razer products because of these and a couple of other things. They even used the same tone for the swear jesus christ be a little more original razer.
I'm just happy that they finally have a preamp in their ecosystem, their microphones aren't up to par with professional microphones in the same price range
Excelente explicación! Tengo un RODE PODMIC y estoy por comprar este mixer. Muchas gracias!

Is the second button crooked? Or does it just look like it?
It sure would not be surprising. Classic Razer quality.
I think that's more my incompetence.

@@TheProvokedPrawn thanks a lot!
If possible could you do a usb mic test? Can’t figure out to get the mic monitor to work.
Did you ever figure it out?
Yeah it was a software issue

Yeah so how did you fix it? I got a usb mic too

Razer: "Hey GoXLR, can we copy your homework?"

Would you prefer this or the beacn mix create? I like the beacn
Technically they're not really the same kind of product since this is also an XLR interface
do i need a cloudlifter with this? and is the audio quality good?
No. And you tell me , I used it for the video

How do I connect my Blue Yeti Nano USB mic into it?
Usb to pc then 3.5mm into it.
How would i connect a set of Wireless Headphones (Astro A50 Wireless) to this to work properly? And obviously the built in mic on the headset would not work?
Run a 3.5mm headset from the A50s base station to the mixer's headphone jack. Job done.
why re-upload what happend
I made some stupid errors that I wanted to fix

No idea is original I guess. But at least it's a little different
