I like the fact that you're adding your own components and ideas to the dish and not just cooking the typical curry. The pineapple curry itself is quite an interesting choice and in fact - the curry leaves & the mustard seeds - this is totally uncommon for Bulgaria :) Glad to see all of the above & full support from me :) Good luck with the channel !
We cannot follow this recipe if we are dancing to the music track! When one abandons one's self to the Electric Funk, there is no coming back. Try to remember that.
Hi! The smoke (or as you may say - burning) point of EVOO is about 200*C so you can totally cook with it, but be careful when you deep-fry. As for the oil in the rice, the answer is pretty simple - because it is tastier this way :) You can use butter but we prefer EVOO cause it is healthier.

No good reason to use olive oil to cook with at the temperature youre using. Why the oil in the rice? Thats some italian stuff there.
