It’s actually a water color paint brush and some gel food color. I dilute the gel food color with a little water so it paints just like water color. Thanks for your question and thanks for watching!
Mine were too! That’s why it’s important to make sure your bag isn’t too full. It’s a lot less strain on the hands that way, and it wish I had remembered to mention it in the video but another way to help keep it steady is to support your piping hand by holding your wrist with the opposite one. It takes some of the strain off and makes it easier to move around. As they say, two hands are better than one!

Love that you didn't cover the cake in fondant! If you put fondant directly on buttercream will it deteriorate or melt? like the blue circle opening?
It will if it’s whipped frosting but any crusting buttercream is fine. I use American buttercream.
How much would you charge for this cake and a botto.tier also
