As in regards to me I’d say self sabotage loops are what I continue to find myself in. It is very destructive, but I have the awareness on how to come out of it. However I may not be so lucky to come out if I persist in these loops. It’s an extremely low vibration, and I now see what others are going through when they project their inner negativity due to a lack of knowledge of what’s going on!
Yes! Scooping that sad depressed part up outta yourself and replacing it with that genuine part of who you really are is so hard but so crucial to change and breaking those loops. But, i think embodying the Will this way so is powerful and fulfilling! Love and Peace!
