    부동산? 그냥 빠숑말 들으면 된다. 몇년전에 광명에 신축대단지아파트가될 재개발빌라5억에 영끌해서 산 30대들 12억짜리아파트보유. 어르신들은 반포랑 잠실 재건축입주권 몇년전에 추천한거 지금 다 10억 20억씩은 올랐다. 부동산은 경험이다. 대기업건설사들이랑 10년넘게 현장에서 구른 빠숑만이 진짜 부동산 전문가다. 나머지는 등기1천건도안처본 핫바리들이다. 젊은애들은 시간에 투자해라. 재개발빌라ㅡ신축대단지아팟입주권이 짱이다. 젊을때만할수있다.

    대곡역근처는 계속 뭐가 들어오네 gtx 중 황금노선인 a노선 , 교외선 , ktx, 대곡역개발로 초대형일자리까지... 와.... 누가땅사놨나....
