Do you have a video to fix a piece if the power does not come on at all? I have the Haunted Hotel and it does not work even after moving to another outlet with a different power plug. I have taken it apart as explained in your other video but can't find anything disconnected inside. It was working last week.

Did you happen to unplug the motor and see if the lights and sounds come back on?

I’ve searched for the motor on both Amazon and eBay and can’t find it . Could you post a link to the ones you purchased?
I thought I found them and ordered but realized they are 24000 rpm

Do you know the drive belt size?

20mm or 30mm. I have found that they can vary depending on the generation of the unit. Hope that helps.
