there are senses on the roof, if it rains the gullwing part doesnt open. The gullwing is really useful for getting in and out of the third row. You basically stand straight up and get out, no crawing needed

There are power bias. Same as ICE car, the ICE power bias is set throu the central differential. A 50:50 or forward bias will give you a table drive, but tend to understeer. Tesla is consider 50:50 bias by default. (Yes, you can adjust to rear bias). This hiphi are rear bias. Once there is wheel start spin ing, the traction control start cuting power. That is how awd works. That is why people disable tcs while they get stuck. So they will allow wheel to spin and get the car out.

In these icy conditions you would need tyres with ice spikes to get somewhere amd those are illegal on road, studded tyres would not even make that big of a difference on uneven icy surface

For ICE car, you will have same behavior if you dont have Central dif. Lock. In this rear bias set up, which for better conering. You power will be cut when your rear wheel start spining. So, your front wheel wont have a chance to put power down. The front motor is to help acceleration and stablizing the car. Not a 50:50 power distribution.
