  • This video is a demonstration and how to get subcutaneous testosterone we had this delivery method. Were using at Testosterone called testosterone enanthate (Xyosted). If given the appropriate technique the injection is practically painless as you can see in the video. It is a once a week injection and the doses can vary from 50 to 75 versus 100 mg once a week.
    Testosterone should not be used in men who have a history of breast cancer or prostate cancer. Please consult your doctor to make sure this is the appropriate therapy.

    Thats pretty cool. What's the mgs? I take 200mg a week split dose.

    • @Pezhman101
      @Pezhman101  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The dose of 200 mg per week or split doses is a very high dose when taking high dose like this you’re much higher propensity to develop thicken blood and high estrogen values. Testosterone is very important hormone, but too much of it can be counterproductive therefore, I would encourage you to consider to lower the dose slowly to the maximum of 100 mg subcutaneously once a week you need to use a higher dose then split that and give it twice a week subcutaneously to avoid the peaks, these peaks will lead to your PSA and thinking of your blood with elevation of estrogen which you do not want

      @@Pezhman101 see saying that is assuming you know everything about or theeds I take. So I have an autoimmune disorder mixed connective tissue disorder and I family history of horrible bone issues example I'm 38. Have had 54 back injection, 12 epidurals in my tail bone, 8 in my base of my neck. Two back surgery's. On top of that my puberty started at age 9. Full blown looked older then 18 at that time
      My hormones stopped producing normally at age 27. That's why I'm on it. I also have to be on some type of pain med so I switched to Suboxone instead of oxy. Yes hormones can do all that to you but I would rather feel like a man and live a few years less then be alive as a shadow of aan I once knew

      Most likely you’re getting in the skin, and not in the Sub Q fat. Try to penetrate into the subcutaneous fat and go at an angle too

    Why not twice a week?

    • @Pezhman101
      @Pezhman101  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The auto injector is designed to be given once a week therefore, when you activate the injector, it gives the whole thing. You cannot withdraw the injection at half insertion which it will cause the other half to be wasted. If you want to inject twice a week, then you have to use the testosterone syringe and vile method. There’s nothing wrong with giving testosterone twice a week. It’s just more labor-intensive.

      Your doctor can prescribe it but insurance generally won't cover it. I'm in the same boat and I hate doing IM injections and get bad nerve reactions, so we're trying to work with medicaid to get them to pay for these instead. So far they're refusing.

      Auto injectors have been around for some time now and they’re very very convenient. This therapy maximizes, patients, compliance, and results. You should definitely ask your doctor prescribe it for you. If you like contact our office, I will be happy to help and assist you with this matter.

    If I inject myself without that device, what gauge needle should I use?, 25 or 27 gauge and what gauge if I inject it in my quads?

    • @universalnetwork264
      @universalnetwork264 ปีที่แล้ว

      25 gauge, 1-1.5” is probably best as you can aspirate without needing too much pressure to pull and it gets in quick enough. Last few drops are a bit difficult though.
      23 gauge is the easiest but the needle is pretty thick. I wouldn’t bother with 27, too thin.
      You’ll learn pretty quickly with quad injections if you hit a nerve though however it seems to be the easiest place to inject and aspirate.
      Keep the needle in for a few seconds after injection to ensure the testosterone is absorbed into the muscle. I once pulled out too fast and the oil was leaking out and got into my blood stream and the next 5-10 minutes was annoying, mild panic attack, slight increase in heart rate and a mild cough as well as me being able to taste the testosterone in my mouth. This is why you aspirate and leave the needle in for a few seconds after injection to make sure nothing leaks into your blood stream. Too much can be dangerous but most of the time it’s safe, just uncomfortable, worrisome and wastes some of the product.
      So 25 gauge will be best for all aspirating needs and it’s thin enough that it won’t hurt if you go in the right place. Also is thick enough that you won’t have to worry about the needle snapping if you move the needle around. Needles should never snap but that’s a small risk if you’re too rough.
      I find with quads though that there’s nerves and vains everywhere. If you try injecting it and there’s instant sharp pain, pull out and try again in a spot a few mm away from where you tried. In a good spot it should go straight through the skin, then slowly push in and it’ll go smoothly into your muscle. In a deceiving spot it’ll go into your skin and muscle smoothly but half way through you’ll feel a weird sharp pain. Push through a tiny bit more and if the pain gets sharper then it’s likely a nerve and you need to repeat it.

    • @Pezhman101
      @Pezhman101  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      When you inject you need to inject into the subcutaneous fat and it is best that you and Jack with the smallest needle that you can and they’re typically anywhere between 21 gauge and 23 gauge. If you choose a 25 gauge, it will cause you to really push hard to squeeze the oil base testosterone out of the syringe. Tries to see if you can get the auto injector testosterone, which is very easy.

    • @universalnetwork264
      @universalnetwork264 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Pezhman101 no, you don't *need* to inject subcutaneously.
      Sub q is quicker but may cause oil based lumps and it may not absorb as well.
      Muscle injection usually absorbs easier but has the drawback of pain in that area for up to 3-4 days
