As always Dave thanks for your videos. I don't always do stuff the same way as you but I always appreciate the insight you bring to whatever you are showing us. Interesting clock! I might have to get something like this for my own shack. That was awfully nice to make a case and send it out. Way to go Carl! 73 de N2NLQ
I think in the first video you didn't have all the information shown on it in this video. How do I get all that information to show on my clock when I get it? Or did I not understand correctly about this? New setting up things and would like to have that shown for working POTA or other portable times.
Dave, I do the same and a few other functions with my Pi. I also display it on a large monitor that allows me to see from accesos the room. The QRP clock would have been fashionable in the 70’s...
Aloha Dave, I have both kits waiting for me. Which would you recommend building first? Did the cable to connect the clock and receiver come with he kit? I really enjoy all your videos. Mahalo for doing them. Aloha
Walmart has in the past sold digital clocks with 24- hour capability. I have one. As for 24 hour analog clocks, perhaps you can find something on eBay.
I can't sell them, not my files but you can download the files and have one printed. www.thingiverse.com/search?q=qrp-labs&type=things&sort=relevant , Carl

Any source for the 4x20 LCD display module?

Oh, that case is purple for sure. Could be your monitor has a poor color gamut or just needs calibration.

Larry, the cable does not come with the kits but ANY good USB cable works perfect. Carl AB1ZI
@@cwebs1000 Thank you. Aloha and 73!
I ordered one over a month ago.....still no clock from QRP Labs ~ k6sdw

Why do "we" need a station clock? Is there a line of sight issue with the GPS antenna?
This GPS unit works really well. I run mine in an interior room in a basement with two stories of house above me and it locks in very well.
I need to finish the kit(s) first.....
OK, got it working well. Clock and GPS
Hi Dave and Carl, I need a case for my QLG1. Please let us know if you can sell cases or share the STL or VRMl file. Thanks, Chris
Chris, here us the link you need, www.thingiverse.com/search?q=qrp-labs&type=things&sort=relevant
It says purple here on my monitor!
can the clock display local time in 24 hr format?
Yes, you can program it to display a whole bunch of things.
I’m looking for analog station clocks- any help?

the letter size is small, i need new glasses
I'm with you there. Those display do look better in person though.
This seems like a really good application for an old smart phone too.
