The answer is fasting. Wake up, work out, drink water. At 1pm eat a piece of fruit. At 3pm eat a piece of fruit. at 6pm eat your whole days allowance of calories that you calculated beforehand. Go to Sleep at 9pm or so with a full tummy, repeat.
try to not eat much before the work out (eat from a veggie platter, 2 pieces of fruit and a salad with nothing on it but 1 tablespoon of dressing..) After the work out, eat most (the rest) of your daily allotted calories (that you calculated very carefully so that you stay at a caloric deficit) then go to bed.

we cannot change the time of our workouts, unfortunately we are working.. so for some of us the only time we can work out is in the evening

My question is what to do if you feel more hungry aftercycling ..esp if you are doing to reduce weight
