Thank you! I appreciate you watching and commenting. I'm realizing it's fun to find a theme among the decks (even it's a really obvious theme like RWS), and pull those out to share. :)
Oh my word! Your video literally made my day. When we upload content we never know how far it will travel and that it may actually be useful too!! I loved watching and I particularly love that you are using the printouts! I usually get my students to cut them out stick them in a book, one per page and we go through each one whilst they make notes but this is genius! Thank you again and Hello from my little corner in England ❤❤✨✨😘😘
Maria, your channel has absolutely been one of my favorites. I love watching your flip throughs and you have made very useful tutorials for tarot and oracle readers of all experience levels. If I need comfort or want soothing, I'll often play your playlist of oracle or tarot flip throughs and just enjoy the artwork of the cards and the beauty of your voice and commentary. Thank you so much for what you have shared, and yes, all the way in the US, I'm enjoying what you share. My only regret is not being able to buy decks from you but I completely understand. Thank you so much!! You made my day with your comment! Thank you for watching.
@@TarotwithMims It would be so wonderful if I could ship overseas, I'm asked often but at least I can still share my passion with the world - much like yourself! Be well, fellow Tarot traveller ❤❤❤
When I bought my first RWS deck It was the Centennial Edition and I liked it for a little bit but found it very difficult to shuffle so I didn't use it a lot. Then I was determined to use it so I shuffled it intentionally trying to break it in. And now it's much easier to shuffle but I still hardly ever use it. Then I bought the classic yellow box RWS which I swear I would never get because I could never imagine myself using "that" artwork 😅 But if I'm going to use a Rider Waite Smith, that's the one I reach for almost 100% of the time now. As for clones I would say the one I use the most is my Lightseer's or Textured Tarot.
Shanna, oh, getting to that spot when you've shuffled a deck enough that it's broken in is such a good feeling (even if it's a deck you don't care much about). I completely understand not connecting to any of the RWS decks, especially when the artwork doesn't speak to you. I'm so glad we have so many options for decks and artwork. We're in such an amazing time when decks have become so much more diverse, imaginative, and representative. I also use the Lightseer's and I've seen the Textured Tarot, and it looks like such a good deck. I have that on my wish list, for sure. Thanks so much for watching and commenting, I appreciate you so much! :)
You have a lot of really nice decks. Thank you for sharing.
