- Dr. S. Jaishankar was born on January 9, 1955, and is a well-known figure in Indian politics. He has been serving as the Minister of External Affairs since May 30, 2019. Jaishankar is widely respected for his deep understanding of international relations and his ability to think ahead strategically.
Before taking on his current role, he was part of the Bharatiya Janata Party and served as a member of parliament in the Rajya Sabha, which is one of the two houses of India’s Parliament.

This is one of the best open talkings I have seen. All the aspirants of civil service should listen to this. Even the prime minster is also simply a human being. When you get into a job or become a member of elite group it doesn’t make you non human. It is an Indian problem particularly that they exaggerate all of the things. Just go to Europe and see how people live there. In some countries, even the president travels by bicycle. So be grounded. And don’t be stupid.
