4:48 the reason for thickness of neck is for pressure that strings are putting on the neck. on a baritone guitar it's prevalent to use heavy gauges like 64 above. so, technically the heavier gauges get, pressure will be more. so that's why neck of this guitar is just like a monster's d**k :D
I have this guitar tuned to A standard with 15 to 74 gauges (NYXL plain strings and Elixir wound strings). The only thing I would change is the tuners, as they exist in 18:1 ratio. The 16:1 here is a bit touchy.
RG is the series R is reverse headstock The second B is baritone (the 6-string version is called RGRTB621 as opposed to RGRTBB21 Everything else - no idea xd
Thank you for this. There is not much content on this guitar so this was great to see!
Thanks! Yeah I was shocked to see there’s not much info on this guitar either!

I couldn't find a better review of this guitar than yours. Thanks, dude.
Thank you so much!

I always think this series looks and sounds brutal, but after I got my Javier Reyes 8-string I can't really justify one (of the 7s)
If you want your markers to shine constantly just use a black light
Great playing nice review
Cool review. I think I have that guitar lol. I'm going to try drop F, because I just can't seem to get a fun tone that I like.
Drop F is super fun! Give it a shot!
Hmm,,, had a crush on that one but the thick neck ... thanks, but not for me.
Great video! Would 10 gauge strings tuned to B standard sound good on this axe? Playing blackened death metal btw
The guitar comes tuned in B standard with 68-014!
@@danthemanmillanThank you!!
How much $?
I think the neck is thicker with string gauge in mind?
Yeah im assuming its to help hold tension and prevent bowing because its such a long scale length
Drop B will be ok for this guitar?
@@GABRIel-gp5xy you definitely can but you really don’t need a baritone for drop B
@danthemanmillan sure I also play on drop A and drop G 😀
@@GABRIel-gp5xy Drop g you want at least a 27.5" scale in my opinion. Anything above that you can skirt by on 25.5".
Hey do you know if its equipped with stainless steel frets or not?
